Pullout chicken wasn't barbecue caramelized. It was burnt. I mean bitter. I took it to go. I saw the server put the chicken into my meal thinking it was a caramelized char but when I took a bite it was burnt, over cooked and taste bitter and felt like charcoal. It was nothing like the place on St. Rose. I don't think I'll go back to the Cactus diner.

At the location on Cactus the staff is very friendly and always has a smile and greet you when you come in. The food that I bought was excellent the teriyaki chicken is the best area chicken I've ever had I love this place this is my new restaurant for takeout

The food here is so delicious! Ordering and pickup were very convenient.

Came by on 12/11/25. This was my first time trying this place out. Let me tell you that the food here is SO good! I ordered my food via mobile order right after my work as I was hungry and craving Hawaiian food. I got the combo plate with Teriyaki chicken, white rice, and Mac salad. I also got 1 spam musubi on the side in case I’m hungry. Everything was a good value. I spent about $20...
