We thoroughly enjoyed the food at Momofuku. While there are limited choices for vegetarians on the main menu, the plant-based items they do offer are completely outstanding. The ginger scallion noodles were absolutely awesome, packed with bright, savory flavor, and the mushroom buns were excellent with a perfect texture. The chili crunch was excellent! I highly recommend ordering both of these entrees if you are dining vegetarian here!
Our server was phenomenal. He was attentive. Gregory I believe was his name. Celebrated many occasions there. In the past, some when a miss. Not sure if being Sapphire reserve helped.
So the hype is real. Food is amazing! The service was excellent, shoutout to Alfredo, he was a great time and really took care of us despite being our busser. I recommend everything lol. The crudo is delicious, the kids menu burgers my son had were fire haha. Cocktails were also yummy!
