It was hot out, and my water bottle (with ice) leaked in my bag. I offered to throw it in the trash since I was about to pay, but the staff told me to take it outside instead. Felt a bit off, like the energy wasn’t welcoming, so I ended up leaving and took my business elsewhere. Hoping they improve—meanwhile, I’ll stick to spots like Ramen Tatsu. 2/5 stars.
Small ramen shop with excellent tonkotsu ramen. The noodles were a bit thinner than I was expecting but it was made up by the large serving of them. The chasu was thick cut, flavorful, and plentiful. They offer a noodle refill but I don’t know how you would need it as the serving size is just right. The broth is flavorful with just the right amount of spice.
The best ramen in America
Black sesame ramen was awesome.
Masako was very rude when calling to place an order. She told me the wrong information. I felt very disrespected as a customer. We could easily go somewhere else and get food. The way she was talking to me was very insulting. And I needed to call back later to place an order because it would go in the dinner tab.
Food was amazing. Service was okay, asked for separate checks but was not given after asking several times.
Wow! Super friendly staff, great atmosphere and excellent food. We were quite surprised how fair priced, tasty and great looking food we got there. We can recommend it and will come back for sure. The soups are very good.
Came here to satisfy a ramen craving and was glad I did. Had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and Gyoza and both dishes were great. The spiciness level on the ramen was pretty low so if you're looking for heat, get some extra paste. Service was quick and friendly and I was able to sit down without a wait (solo diner on a Tuesday around 7pm).

Whether the noodles are made in factories and delivered in frozen storage, the texture is terrible.
The noodles are made in a factory and delivered frozen, so the texture is poor.

Been going there since 2021 of March this is the best Ramen place I ever been too. Small restaurant but it's worth the wait to dine in. Get there early less people

My son got food poisoning after eating the Kuro black garlic oil ramen. He was up all night vomiting. Crabby wait staff.
Kid-friendliness: Not tolerant of children at all. Rushed us and refused to accommodate a child’s tastes.
