I have been a frequent customer until today. I ordered lunch to go. I ordered fried calamari, fish and chips, and chocolate chip pancakes to go. Long story short the fried calamari was tough.chewy, terrible. I threw it in the trash. Everything else was fine. I called the restaurant to get a partial refund for the stale calamari. The manager said I need to bring it back. I told her I threw it out. I asked her for just the calamari to be refunded. She refused said her general manager won't allow it. I explained with the construction on fort Apache and blue diamond I wasn't going all the way back. I know they don't care but I'm never going back. Poor customer service and terrible food.

Wife hated the burger smothered in gravy, kid found a bug on his wings. I'm the only one who enjoyed my Mac and cheese, though I think it was a little too rich. Service was so-so. We won't be back, and we live 1 mile away
