Both food and service were fantastic! If it's on the menu you have to try the sea bass one of the best, we have ever eaten.

Food and service were fantastic. Wine is priced a bit high even for Morimoto. I would dine here again.

Booked a table for 7 and was seated a few minutes early; the bar and main dining area were pretty empty for 8pm on a Friday night. Our server dutifully informed us of specials and pitched the Tiger Roll as the restaurant's signature item. Sashimi cuts were fairly large and looked incredibly fresh and the Tiger Roll was a decent choice but there are few places on earth where a restaurant can justify $40+ for a sushi roll. Service went downhill after we placed our initial order; one member of our party didn't receive the roll he ordered and when prompted, the server claimed he never ordered it (untrue: we all heard him repeat the order and it was clear he forgot to submit it) and insinuated that our buddy was not being truthful. All in all, decent food, beautiful facility but insanely high prices. I'll attribute the disappointing service to our server, not necessarily the staff and management. Would not recommend (opt for Sushi Roku at Forum Shops at Caesar's).

Wow food was amazing. Sticky ribs 1000%, the lamb cooked to perfect temperature and flavors were outstanding

Certainly! Here's a refreshed and refined version of your Morimoto review with a slightly elevated tone and improved flow: ⸻ As long-time guests of this location (even before it became Morimoto) this recent visit stood out as one of our best experiences yet. We make it a tradition to dine here at least once a year, and the quality of the fish on this occasion was truly outstanding...possibly the finest we've had to date. The Kumamoto oysters were a standout, and every dish reflected the same commitment to top-tier ingredients and precise preparation. The service was exceptional as well...warm, attentive, and perfectly paced throughout the evening. There's a quiet consistency to the way Morimoto delivers both culinary excellence and a smooth, polished dining experience that keeps us coming back. Overall, this visit reaffirmed why Morimoto remains a must-visit for us, and we're already looking forward to returning next year.

It's just ok. The best way I can think to put it is a fancy restaurant for people who don't normally eat at fancy restaurants.

Great food, mediocre service at the sushi bar. I would have ordered more drinks or dessert but was never asked.

Excellent setting and friendly staff, with the
Expected, impeccable food selection of Chef Morimoto.

I tried the chirashi — it was great, balanced and a large portion, which left little room for my second choice — a perfect korobuta pork chop nicely paired with kimchee.

Had a fantastic meal at Morimoto in Las Vegas! The dumpling appetizers were delicious, the sushi was incredibly fresh and high quality, and the angry chicken dish was so tender and flavorful. Great food and great experience all around!

food and drinks were outstanding. service knowledgeable and attentive. highlight was oysters with uni and fois gras. fatty tuna impeccable but not a big piece for $35! Chilean seabass was dreamy. Hamachi kama was a nice potion traditionally prepared

Morimoto is worth visiting for the ambiance and exceptional hospitality. If you’re seeking a flawless service experience with solid, if not spectacular, cuisine, this spot hits the mark.

I've been to the location in Orlando several times. The food was fresh as always. The service was great. We got the pork short ribs, which I was kind of disappointed and they was just OK, and we got the tuna tacos which were nothing special. So the appetizers were a disappointment, especially for the price. However, I got the tiger roll for my meal and that was phenomenal, but definitely overpriced.

Our server was very knowledgeable and provided a wonderful experience! Being a fan of the Iron Chef, it has always been a dream to visit one of his restaurants. Some reviews mention the menu prices, just ignore them. This was no more expensive than any of the other celebrity chef’s restaurant on the Strip. It was delicious, and everything I had hoped it would be!
