Steak was cooked to perfection. It was juicy, flavorful and decent in size. Loved the service. I’ll be going here again on my next trip.

Excited to attend their soft opening. Just fortunate to be in Vegas for this. Mr. Morimoto was there overseeing everything.
The toro Tartare was yummy. It was an experience to put it together and eat it with all the items that came with it.
White fish carpaccio was delicious. Love the dressing
Pork sticky ribs was a must.
The Brussels were delicious. Just keep in mind the sauce was at the bottom.
The Chilean Sea Bass though fell short. It just was not all that flavorful. For the money I was expecting something more instead I got something I wouldn't order again.
We also got a tiger roll and that was delicious too.
We picked up the s'mores dessert thing. I think it was just a bit too busy. I did enjoy the raspberry coulie.
Our server was exceptional. He was patient, gave good suggestions and service overall was splendid.

Wonderful atmosphere and service. We happened upon the restaurant on opening night and enjoyed a wonderful sushi dinner. The menu has traditional items as well.

Super Extremely overpriced Sushi- same quality would cost 1/3 someplace else. Our check came to $ 465.00 - drinking only water- no alcohol. $405 + 60 tip.
Our table was set with water glasses straight from the dishwasher- way too hot for water. I corrected that immediately. But after that small oversight, wait staff was attentive.
Overall experience - Forgettable. Do not recommend - save your money go somewhere else.

Both food and service were fantastic! If it's on the menu you have to try the sea bass one of the best, we have ever eaten.
We loved it, service could be better .. our waiter was not very informative.

I recently had the chance to dine at Morimoto Las Vegas, and it was an experience I’ll definitely remember. The restaurant itself is stunning—modern, stylish, and full of energy without being overwhelming.
The food is where it really shines. The sushi was incredibly fresh, with each piece prepared so beautifully that you almost didn’t want to eat it (but of course, you do!). I also tried one of their signature Wagyu dishes, and it was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth perfection. What I really loved was how the menu mixes traditional Japanese flavors with Chef Morimoto’s creative twists—it felt unique but still authentic.
Service was spot-on as well. The staff were attentive without hovering, and they were more than happy to explain dishes and make recommendations.
Overall, Morimoto Las Vegas is more than just a dinner spot—it’s a full experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines amazing flavors, artful presentation, and a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere, this is definitely a must-visit.

Was a tad disappointed. Place is lovely. Wait staff professional. Food and particularly drinks were not quite up to the name brand. Sushi was the best out of everything. Salmon dish was too bland. Dessert was a good balance to complete the meal.
If you try it, set expectations at the decent Japanese restaurant level.

Solid Japanese food. We really enjoyed it. So very glad they had COKE PRODUCTS. Seems Vegas has been taken over by Pepsi. The prices seemed a little high. Sushi was wonderful. Just not an inexpensive place. Be ready for that.

We loved our dinner at Morimoto! It was our first night in Vegas for a business trip and my 2 co-founders and I stopped in for a late night meal after our flights in.
The server was fantastic! He told us all about the menu, how he recommended ordering, what the house favorites were and what he personally recommended.
We leaned in to those mentions and were GLAD we did! Here is what we go:
California Roll
Shrimp Tempura
Gyoza
Lamb Chop
Large Ribeye
Duck Fried Rice
Market Vegetables
Cheesecake Soufflé
Cold Sake by Glads
Everything top to bottom was amazing, even down to the soy sauce (incredible). The server even told us to taste throughout dinner and follow up our bites with sips of Sake. Again, SO glad we did.
If you like Japanese, or are just looking for a nice dinner in Vegas - GO HERE!!!

Food and service were fantastic. Wine is priced a bit high even for Morimoto. I would dine here again.
The sushi was good quality fatty tuna that was extremely flavorful.
The sea bass did not disappoint it was perfection
The desert one of the best cheesecake we ever had.
Definitely recommend you to come and check it out.
You will NOT be disappointed.
