From start to finish, Morimoto delivered one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The Wagyu steak was hands down the best steak I've ever tasted—perfectly cooked and unbelievably tender. The fried rice was not only delicious, but made right in front of us, adding an interactive and memorable touch to the meal. The salmon sushi absolutely melted in my mouth—it was fresh, buttery, and perfectly prepared. We started with the yellowtail tacos as an appetizer, and they were superb—packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambience was phenomenal—sleek, modern, and luxurious without feeling stuffy. The service was top-notch from beginning to end. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, making this a must-visit spot in Vegas. I can't wait to return!

I have to give a 1 star for ambiance and a 3 overall. The waiter said “No rush we're not busy today” There were tables near the promenade open when we arrived and still open when we left. However we got shoved to a table in the back corner. The Hostess really needs to do a better job assigning tables

Firstly, this place is not cheap. But the food is good and fresh and the service is great. Ordered a white fish salad and a chef selection sushi. Both dishes were excellent. Dined at the sushi bar and Steve was my host. Great fellow. On another note, I went Kumi at the Mandalay Bay the night before and the waitress told me they only had a limited selection of fish (basically they only had salmon) because of the Coldplay concerts Friday and Saturday. Seriously? Chris Martin and his group ate all your fish?!
