We visited October 2023 after googling off strip Indian restaurants. We wanted to find something authentic and more ‘local’.We decided to go with Mt Everest as it wasn’t too far a drive from our hotel.Initially, the service seemed a tad slow (to take our drinks order/give us menu), however, things improved quickly.We ordered starters, main, rice and naan. The taste that you will never find anywhere around even though in the home purely fresh no doubt. I can tell on the previous rating someone explain about the slow , but I will say it’s take a time to make a good and fresh food the more time it’s takes the more tastier the food are appreciated and love eating here.momos are beyond
