Took the advice of reviewers and visited this place. Loved it, great selection and reasonably priced. Staff excellent.

I love this little shop! I'm so happy a Japanese store opened near my house. It's smaller than the other location, but they have sushi, assorted snacks, desserts, drinks, ramen, and condiments. There's this Japanese garlic chili oil that I love, I usually order it from Amazon or wait until a friend brings it back from Japan, but now I just go to this shop and buy it! So convenient. It's also a great place to grab a light lunch. Their California rolls are super fresh. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful if you have questions about the labels.

if this place was in my town, i'd be spending WAY too much money on it every week. it's just so convenient to come in, get some sushi, onigiri, and a snack and go back to whatever you were doing before. plus, the people in there are super nice

Love this place. I usually come here for their fresh spicy tuna onigiri. They do tend to sell out especially around closing time. So better come early to find what you're looking for in terms of prepped meals such as sushi rolls, gimbap and onigiri to name a few. Very reasonably prices! They have plenty of goodies as well, snacks, desserts, drinks and noodles for you to prep. Huge selection, so I always end up buying more things that I plan. Don't judge me! Plenty of parking since it's located inside a shopping center. The place looks very clean and organized as well.

Such a Cute little shop! They had such a variety of things. I instantly went to the ramen and they have so many choices.

Onigiris were okay, the rice was hard on them.the sashimi bowls were in very poor quality. the tuna definitely tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge/freezer for too long. it looks like the traditional style we have here in Japan but it definitely taste that quality. When we took it back we just got treated like we didn't know what we were talking about.it's honestly overpriced for the quality of food and service. you're better off getting snacks at Tokyo Discount or another market. I wish I had better things to say.このお店の食べ物はだめだた。ここに食べないで、

This is a small Japanese market with fresh fish-both Nigiri and Onigiri. I love the huge selection of packaged ramen and unique sauces. Fresh options daily and very affordable.

I just moved to the area, and I was stoked to find that this spot was only a few minutes drive from our new place. I have been to the larger market down on Rainbow, and while this location doesn't have quite as many groceries, it has a lot of grab-&-go food at a reasonable price.I picked up a gyudon bowl, a bag of honey butter chips, and a refrigerated latte, all out the door for $16. Not super cheap, but totally reasonable for a meal. They also have katsu sandwiches, sushi, and a small selection of frozen goods, in addition to a wide assortment of chips and snacks. The cashier was really friendly, and this place was super clean and well organized. I will certainly be stopping by regularly, and look forward to seeing what else they have to offer.

Love buying lunch at Nakata! There's a pretty wide selection of grab and go food items that always taste fresh and delicious - perfect for a quick bite during office days. Onigiri, sushi, fruit sandwiches, and beef bowls are among the spread, a feast for the eye as well! Reminds me of the convenience stores in Japan. The marketplace is small, I'd go to their Rainbow location for grocery items all the fun bells and whistles. It's their prepped foods, low prices, and friendly service that keeps me coming back. Keep doing your thang, Nakata.

From the Yelp reviews I read and from the photos it seemed like this place was a huge market but it's much smaller. I don't mind the size. It honestly is a decent size. It reminds me of an Asian convenience store you would find in front of your hotel. I love that they have a selection of fresh sushi, onigiri, fruit sandwiches, and also snacks on the shelves.I ended up getting the salmon onigiri, spicy tuna onigiri, and strawberry peach sandwich. I loved the spicy tuna onigiri and the strawberry peach sandwich was a great dessert. The staff were really nice as well.

Love this spot!!! It has all the goodies you want and it's so clean. Everything is great quality and the best brands. I love trying all the different natto they have and loved every single one so far. I've gotta natto at other Asian grocery stores and they are not as good. Maybe it's the brands? Maybe it's the why they store it? I found kewpie Mayo here after looking through 3 different Asian supermarkets... Also got awesome japanese short grain sushi rice!! So amazingly good and it's cheaper than what's on Amazon. I wanna try their sushi, musabi, and sandos soon. The people working there are also sooo nice!! Love this neighborhood spot

I recently stumbled upon this small sushi shop from the coffee shop I was visiting next door and it turned out to be a hidden gem!!! Their sushi is truly exceptional, with melt-in-your-mouth freshness and has an impressive variety of options. Despite being a smaller shop without a restaurant, it has a unique ambiance and is a perfect spot to enjoy a quick sushi fix or to grab some snacks - they also have delicious candy and noodles, along with drinks.Supporting a small business like this is a bonus!! The personalized service and attention to detail from the friendly staff truly make you feel appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend giving this place a try

Picked up the Tamago sandwich, fruit sandwich, and spicy tuna onigiri. I've been looking for a place like this close to home. Small store but packed with nothing but flavor! Can't wait to try more! Thank you

I thought it was a restaurant at first but it's actually a store, lots of delicious food for cheap and snacks as well
