First time I ate from here it was takeout. This time I got to dine in with my friend for brunch!

We had to wait in line for awhile. The ordering process took awhile, I’m not going to lie.

I ordered the Shakshuka w/ no dairy (meaning taking out the cheese and such) and an Iced matcha w/ oatmilk.

My friend ordered the Rise & Shine Açaí Bowl.

For the Shakshuka, it was good! I think after a while, I got a little bored of it but I was getting full so that’s probably it. The iced Matcha was okay. The flavor was decent but I tasted more milk than the actual matcha flavor.

My friend said that the Rise and Shine bowl was good but the berries were mostly sour so I think she got unlucky with the berries, unfortunately.

Overall, we enjoyed this place and we would both come back!

Atmosphere is great and very relaxing. Food is good, however it is sadly not always consistent. It's been a couple times when they serve burnt toast in the avocado toast, french toast will be black burnt on one side. Today the buttermilk pancake was burnt. My salad was missing the sun-dried tomatoes which I love in the salad. I just wish the kitchen paid more attention to detail, because they do have a great menu. Lately it's just been a let down.

You are better off going to Starbucks. The atmosphere gives you a coffee shop mixed with a warehouse. Instead of being able to sit down with your family, you have to wait in line, which could take between 10-15 minutes during peak hours, then grab a number and find a seat. Food quality taste more like a Hotel inclusive breakfast. My breakfast burrito had more chunks of potatoes than egg and meat. And unfortunately, it wasn't a crispy potato more of a boiled style. The blue berry muffin was good, but the pancakes were meh. Everything was bland and lacked any real flavor. The service was the only that was great.
Honestly, save your money go to the Starbucks around the corner, the food quality and drinks would be about the same quality.

They have cafe style counter service, so once you order you pick your seat and they bring everything to you. The food was very good, tasted very fresh and was literally out within minutes of sitting down! Definitely will go again. We got the strawberry pop tart, breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich. Yum

Amazing food and surprisingly fast service despite how busy it got. Alberto is amazing, he was attentive and genuine. He made the experience more enjoyable!

As a local who loves to dine out, I needed a place to impress my out of town guest, and this place nailed it!
We went on a Saturday morning so of course it was busy but not too crowded that we couldn’t order and be seated within 10 minutes of arriving.

The pastry selection at the order counter gave us too many options but we settled on the chocolate eclair and the strawberry pop tart. Great options if you want contrast: one was very sweet and creamy and the other, well, just like a pop tart but much more gourmet!

Our entrees were quickly served , warm and the perfect texture. Chilaquiles and burritos are easy to make soggy but these orders were just right!

To top it off, I had the cinnamon honey latte and he had the iced brown sugar latte. Excellent proportions of sweet, cafe, and creaminess.

Definitely keeping this atop my list for out of town friends to visit as well as those lazy mornings we don’t want to cook!

My fiancé and I came last night with some friends for their late night menu soft launch & had the best experience! The food is unique and delicious, the manager Manny was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the service was impeccable; even with the place being packed! The whole staff made the experience very enjoyable. Thank you so much for having us, we will most definitely be back soon!

Seems very cafeteria, you order at the counter with a menu and they bring your food to your table. I might go there for breakfast, but it would be a stretch 🤔

The is the 2nd time I've eaten here and was fully satisfied again. I ordered the West Coast avocado toast, superb. It comes with a side salad of greens, and toast has chili oil that gives it the perfect kick. Love the food, great service, and atmosphere. Clean, open, cute!

I’ve been to Neighbors on a few occasions over the past year. Everything was efficient at order, I’ve never felt a long wait for the meal. My meals and everyone I’ve eaten with has enjoyed their meals. They are well made and filling. The prices seem fair for the quality and sizes of the portions. I’ll be visiting this place again.

This is my go-to spot for brunch and lunch! I’ve been here a few times with friends and family and the food never disappoints. We ordered the Old School, Steak and Eggs and a pancake for my son. We also tried their spring special drinks: the Orange Cream Latte and Coffee Avocado Smoothie. The place gets packed especially during lunch hours so be sure to come early if you want a good seat.

The food was absolutely delicious! It was a bit difficult to find parking, but there is a dirt lot for overflow parking.

The breakfast burrito was fantastic, make sure to ask for a side of green salsa!

The cinnamon roll had a ton of frosting, and was the best I’ve ever had.

My only complaint was that the service seemed to be a bit lacking, but considering it’s not a full service restaurant, it was good enough.

The food came out nice and quick, and was definitely worth checking out.

With all the music, kitchen noise, and people talking, it can be quite loud and hard to have conversations if in a group.

The seating is more cafeteria style, so you might end up sitting next to other people.

Definitely worth checking out though!!
