Carryout: Nice looking establishment, food looks nice, presentation is nice. Taste was meh, could have gone somewhere else and enjoyed it more. Chicken sandwich and a strawberry pop tart. Thigh meat for a sandwich? Not a good choice. Pop tart was barely filled.

We’ve seen this place and wanted to try it. Finally had the chance to do that today. The food is really well prepared - a little pricey for what you get. You order at a counter and they bring it to you. My one complaint is the bathrooms. I know it sounds silly but for such a clean and cool look out front, the bathrooms were so neglected. 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper for two toilets to share, trash on the floor. I’ve recently been in cleaner rest area bathrooms.

We stopped in after a doctor's appointment. Our 1st time here, and what a great find!!! The food was OUTSTANDING!!!! My friend had the chilaquilles, and I had the carnitas bowl. Both dishes were delicious. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. I'm sad that I didn't take pictures of our food before we devoured it. Next time I eat there ...... I definitely will.

This place has amazing coffee and great food, but the ordering set-up and customer service are so trash that it makes coming here really frustrating. The baristas at the front will not acknowledge you at all while you stand at the counter repeatedly making direct eye contact. You will be standing there a minimum of five minutes waiting to be helped, even if it's dead, even if there are 3 people standing around not doing anything. I honestly start questioning whether or not I'm visible. This has happened nearly every single time I have come here.
On top of that, there is no menu posted on the wall above the counter. There is only a laminated piece of paper right by the register. If there is anybody in front of you, you WILL be waiting in line for an unreasonable amount of time because nobody can decide their order ahead of the register. We waited in line for half an hour with five people in front of us on one visit.
This place is so good but this is so annoying I will not be coming back. This is such a stupid and easily fixable issue that it's unbelievable that it hasn't been fixed. Get chalk board and some nails. It'll cost $20 at Michaels. Hopefully Neighbors can get it together and I can start coming back.

I had an amazing experience at Neighbors! Our group of 11 enjoyed a family-style breakfast, and we had a private section in the back, which was perfect for our gathering. The food was delicious—my personal favorites were the pancakes, sausage, and potatoes. The eggs looked great too! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this place for both small and large groups.
Food was good. Service was okay once they gave us the food they didn't check on us anymore. You have to order and pay for your food at the register when you first walk in. I had the steak and eggs that was really good and that plate was about $23.00.
