Chef Lorie, @ the Ft. Apache location was friendly, helpful, provided excellent customer. I placed an order online and accidentally placed it for pickup ASAP, instead of the time I really could get there. I called the restaurant immediately and spoke to Lorie, not only did she change the time of pickup for me so my food is not sitting there, but she took the time to confirm the family's special requests, that were made on my order.
