Please go somewhere else. This place is a total ripoff. It's like $12 for a regular pretzel. They are super shady about it too, prices aren't published and if you look on their website, that's not the price they charge either.

You can literally go across the street and get a pretzel for $5.

I'm their defense, the pretzel wasn't bad, but unless you just don't care about money at all, I would go elsewhere.

The prices on this menu are incorrect!!! Then they aren't listed anywhere. Cost us $50 for four pretzels and three cheese toppings. Hard to even enjoy the snack with prices like these.

First time staying on the strip and the price gauging is just insane. $6 coffee. $16 for three chicken tenders. Not a fan.

The prices posted online are not the same as in store and the person behind the counter is incredibly rude and inconsiderate for serving lamp heated hotdogs pretzels

They do not have their prices listed. Taped out all prices. Why would you do that? Was considering buying something but no prices listed and I shouldn't have to ask

After a late night coming back to my hotel, this pepperoni pretzel with cheese was a life saver and good. It was hot, that is all I was looking for.

The people who work the stand were nice and efficient. I ordered the pepperoni Parmesan pretzel and the basic pretzel with a small container of cheddar cheese. The pretzel itself was mostly bland in taste, being that it was a sweeter dough. Little salt on the pretzel, and the pepperonis didn’t have any taste either. The melted cheese was very bland, too. There was no taste to it when eating with the pretzel. The dough was fluffy, so points for that. Overall, if you’re looking for a sweeter pretzel dough, this is the place for you, but it’s $30 for two pretzels and a soda.

Very rude attendant, giving attitude for simply paying in cash, food was stale and overpriced, lady with glasses was very rude as well as their lead giving rude remarks and faces towards paying customers.

New York Pretzel Review - New York-New York, Las Vegas

I recently visited New York Pretzel at the New York-New York Hotel and was quite disappointed. While I was excited to try the pretzel with cheese dip, the experience fell flat.

For $18, I expected something special, but the pretzel was mediocre at best—dry and lacking flavor. To make matters worse, the service was subpar. The employee seemed uninterested in serving customers and came across as quite rude, which really dampened the experience.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend New York Pretzel. There are plenty of better options in Las Vegas where you can get both quality food and decent service.

This place has gone DOWNHILL hard. My first trip to Vegas I raved about this place and made the effort to always return for a pretzel upon each visit. Now? Prices are absurdly high even for Vegas, and quality has significantly declined. I love NY/NY but I need to find a new pretzel place.

They don’t have prices displayed anywhere and it’s no wonder why. 13.99 for a pretzel dog is wild af & another $2 for cheese. Rule of thumb if they are hiding their prices they are about to charge you way too much, keep walking.

We absolutely love these pretzels since we went to NYNY for our honeymoon. Now it’s a must go to place when we’re in town. Can’t wait to have one in four weeks. My mouth is already watering.
