New York Pretzel Review - New York-New York, Las Vegas
I recently visited New York Pretzel at the New York-New York Hotel and was quite disappointed. While I was excited to try the pretzel with cheese dip, the experience fell flat.
For $18, I expected something special, but the pretzel was mediocre at best—dry and lacking flavor. To make matters worse, the service was subpar. The employee seemed uninterested in serving customers and came across as quite rude, which really dampened the experience.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend New York Pretzel. There are plenty of better options in Las Vegas where you can get both quality food and decent service.

This place has gone DOWNHILL hard. My first trip to Vegas I raved about this place and made the effort to always return for a pretzel upon each visit. Now? Prices are absurdly high even for Vegas, and quality has significantly declined. I love NY/NY but I need to find a new pretzel place.
Delicious pretzel!!!

They don’t have prices displayed anywhere and it’s no wonder why. 13.99 for a pretzel dog is wild af & another $2 for cheese. Rule of thumb if they are hiding their prices they are about to charge you way too much, keep walking.

We absolutely love these pretzels since we went to NYNY for our honeymoon. Now it’s a must go to place when we’re in town. Can’t wait to have one in four weeks. My mouth is already watering.

Price is here is $12 bucks for a basic salted pretzel. When I went across the street to the shopping mall, prices for the same pretzel was $7.
Both pretzel spots are crazy Vegas markups, but this one is beyond stupid. Same tasting product to me. Heck, the pretzel shop at the airport is even a "bargain" by comparison at $6.79!!!
Save yourself the headache and avoid this one until they wake up to reality. Heck this location is even hard to find. MGM must be nuts to think you wanna go into a basement in the far corner of the resort for a 200% cost pretzel!
We consumers aren't stupid to what inflation vs price gauging is! Yet they think we consumers are stupid. Vote with your wallet.
The service was unfriendly/rude.$20 wasted…The pretzel was not good, tasted kinda stale/reheated..Tasted like it had been sitting out over night. The cheese tasted almost moldy. Resulted in a queasy feeling.

Wayyyyy too overpriced. Insane that only ONE pretzel dog cost nearly $16! Ridiculous, and the center of the dough near the hot dog was a little too raw. Never again.
