New York Pretzel - MGM Grand Underground

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE, on Friday, December 20, 2024 my son is a Lyft driver. He went to New York Pretzel for a snack. He said the attendant did not handle his food well, she did not use gloves, his Pretzel was not cooked or heated up AT ALL my son got very sick Saturday, December 21, 2024. He was weak could not keep food down; he was vomiting; feeling dehydrated, he had diarrhea and he is still feeling sick. He did not go to the doctor. He was also not able to eat and lost one full day of driving/working.

Thanks for taking the time to read my review and I have more respect for people who read Google reviews than listen to influencers on social media who hype places.

Positive: i enjoy the bites they were flaky and fluffy when fresh. I enjoy the one with sausage also!

Negative: The pretzel is hard...

My experience: the manager and the workers look like they hate serving you. Especially when they made or is making fresh pretzels they HATE when you want to order what they just put out... I complained about one being hard and she said we'll if you ate it 5 minutes earlier it would have been fresh... I ordered it and ate it as I walked around and took me 5 minutes to walk back when I decided I have to complain/give feed back to see if they will give me a fresh one.
There was 1 last one and I bought it although I wanted to wait for the fresh ones she has out but not on display. She said I just made that one. Which is a lie... she didn't want to give me a fresh on and when she finally did she rolled her eyes and me and gave me a new one as if I had to make her work and make another one to refill the 1 I took out of the 5.

Second day I came I ordered the fresh sausage bites same girl said "You want that one? I just made it?!" As if it was a bad thing that I want it. I wanted the bites but it was empty so this was the only this that was bite size other than the hard pretzel. Then I asked for a small container which is what they use for dips. I squeeze 6 ketchup packages and the manager and the girl peaked over speaking in Spanish "wow they might as well take the whole tray" while they giggle and was shocked they looked at me and spoke English I wish I could eat some.

I'm just thinking these ketchup don't come out of your pay check and not many people even want to have the patience to squeeze the ketchup so me taking 6 isn't going to make the vegas new work pretzel company out if business. This doesn't come out of your pocket it comes out out the company like calm down people in Vegas including me spend so much money on over priced food and dinners relax with the ketchup hating.

Overall the shelves are usually empty they hate making the pretzel they hate when you order because it makes them work. If you hate making pretzel then quit.

I posted photos you'll see they don't have bites they barley make them and when they do they get so mad you buy them.... don't you want to make sales?

18$ for a pretzel dog is waaay too expensive. Ask for the price before buying. In total it tasted good.

I really don’t want to give a good rating to a $12 pretzel with cheese but honestly it was the best pretzel I’ve ever had. I’d go back for the same quality.

Got a salted pretzel. The taste was unique - definitely vanilla undertones. Loved it. 4* because, damn, $7 for a pretzel.

This is the first place we go when we get into Vegas. My mouth start drooling as soon as I think about these pretzels. They are out of this world!

Extortionate price for stale pretzel. Won’t be visiting again. Save your money!

Went there today. Stand offish cashier. Bought a salted pretzel, tasted like it was made 1 week ago. Will NEVER go back. Never!!!

Wanted a pretzel so I waited by the cash register because the girl who was there was making some fresh she looked up at me and didn’t say a word until 5 minutes later I asked her for help she said they were closed with a attitude why not just let me know ? She had blonde bangs and should definitely wear a hairnet as her hair can get on the pretzels
