Nobu has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and we were excited to finally check out the Virgin Resort location. Unfortunately, it didn’t deliver the signature “Nobu” vibe we’ve come to expect. The ambiance felt flat, and the food missed the mark.

We started with the Thai sashimi with fried garlic, Uni, and tempura. The Uni lacked the freshness and quality of what we’ve had at Nobu Caesar’s, and the tempura sauce was surprisingly bland....

The only thing more delightful than the tuna is the service. We sat at the bar. Our friendly bartender, Kelvin, greeted us promptly. He was so accommodating and knowledgeable! I gladly accepted every offering he suggested!! Food, service, ambiance! Everything was a ten!!!

Mason was absolutely amazing as our server! The food was spectacular and so were the drinks but the star of the night was definitely Mason, he was patient, personable, professional, and very understanding. Thank you Mason for making my first trip to Nobu Las Vegas simply a dream!
