The food is amazing, well done Japanese Gourmet done right! The servers are all knowledgeable of the menu. I would recommend asking about the menu items and you will get great advice on the best picks!

Not much else to say about Nobu except if you eat here you will likely never be disappointed. I have eaten at Nobu Caesars Atlantic City as well and the experience was equally amazing. This time eating at Nobu Caesars Las Vegas we did a tasting menu at 250 per person and got so much food It was nearly 10 courses with 2 deserts. If you are intimidated by the menu I suggest just letting them pick for you.

I took my girlfriend to Vegas for her birthday. I had asked her where so wanted to go for her birthday dinner while we were there, and she picked Nobu. We were both very excited as we love Japanese food and fine dining. I booked our reservation months in advance, and we both couldn't stop talking about it as we were excited!

The evening of her birthday I also had us booked to do a helicopter tour of The Strip. I noticed that our timing was going to be tighter than anticipated (there was a last minute update from the tour) and so I called Nobu to see if we could bump our reservation back 30 minutes. Our reservation was at 9pm, March 24th. I was told that 9pm was the latest they took reservations so I advised them that we may be a little late but that we'd do our best.

Fast forward to after the tour. Things were actually almost on schedule and after a very quick stop at our Hotel (The Cosmopolitan), we eventually arrived at Nobu 10 minutes late. That's right, we arrived at 9:10pm! We were seated immediately and we began looking over the menus. After a few minutes my girlfriend needed to go to the bathroom. She was back a few minutes later and in that time no one had come to our table. By this time I had to also go to the bathroom. A couple minutes I return, still no one had been by, not even glasses of water.

Eventually our "server" can over and the first words out of her mouth were "Alright folks you're running late so we need to get your orders in quickly.". No hello. No "Welcome to Nobu". Nothing. She asked if we were ready to order which we were because we didn't have too much to do while waiting for her to greet us but read the menus. We told her we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, but asked what was popular. I have never seen someone rattle off 4 items so quickly in my life. We placed our order for food and drinks and she went to punch it in. When she delivered our drinks she put them in front of us silently (like it was awkward) and then said "Do you want anything else? The kitchen is closing." We said we were probably good for food but would likely order another round of drinks with our food. She responded "Well the bar is closing too, so you need to decide now.". We reluctantly agreed, and they were delivered with our meals. We were about half way through our food when she came back to our table with the bill which she dropped, DROPPED onto the table with the customary "whenever you're ready" and walked away. I put my card in the billfold which was quickly retrieved, processed, and returned. She left it on the table, didn't say a word, and walked away. That was the last time either of us saw our "server". I reluctantly left a $50 tip on a $250 meal (yup, I still left 20% because I know how tipping works in the States, and that servers need to tip out, and that they all rely on this income).

Now I understand that the hospitality industry can be high stress with tight timings, especially for nicer restaurants on The Strip; but the key word is "hospitable" in hospitality. I admit, we were 10 minutes late. I acknowledge that our server _could_ have been watching our table and waiting for both of us to be seated before commencing service, and that our bathroom breaks may have delayed that. That all being said, this one server was the absolute worst experience we had during our entire 4 day trip to Vegas. What makes it even worse is that it was for my girlfriend's birthday dinner (which I had indicated when we made the reservation). We did our best to put it our of our minds and enjoy her birthday, but honestly were had a hard time not talking about it for the rest of the night.

Dining at Nobu at Caesars Palace was nothing short of phenomenal—and we owe a huge part of that to our incredible waiter, Billy.

As someone with serious food allergies, especially around seafood, I typically feel anxious dining out at places known for those very ingredients. But from the moment we sat down, Billy put all those worries at ease. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful, taking the time to walk me through the menu, explain every dish in detail, and coach me through safe, delicious options that I could enjoy with full confidence.

Billy didn’t just provide excellent service—he gave me the best dining experience I’ve ever had. The food was, of course, absolutely outstanding, but the peace of mind he provided made it even better. He went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, comfortable, and having a great time.

In fact, it was so dang good that we came back again just four days later—and it was just as amazing the second time.

Highly recommend Nobu—and if you get Billy as your server, you’re in excellent hands.

Nobu Las Vegas absolutely lived up to the hype — an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is sleek and sophisticated, yet still warm and inviting. Service was top-notch — our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations throughout the night.

Every dish was a work of art. The yellowtail jalapeño and black cod miso were out of this world, and the sushi was some of the freshest and most flavorful I’ve ever had. The cocktails and sake pairings elevated the whole experience.

Whether you’re a longtime fan of Nobu or trying it for the first time, the Vegas location delivers in every way. Perfect for a special night out — I’ll definitely be returning!

Truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had … three times in four years.

Fish is very fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Great array of complementing flavors and components in each. The seared scallops are decadent and perfectly cooked, drenched in a garlic/truffle butter/caramelized onion sauce. Yellowtail is delicious, even for my non-raw-fish-eating wife. Drinks are good, if a tad overpriced. Staff are pleasant.

I love this place. A bit noisy, but, then again, I’m not “hip.”

We had 7pm reservation, but I took about 20 min past that time to be seated. The host was apologetic for the wait and we were not in a rush, so it was fine. We had a shrimp appetizer, fish, sushi and lamb chops. All of our food was delicious but, It was not quite on the same level as the 57th Street NoBu in NYC, but it’s still a solid option.” Very chill atmosphere.

Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and ordered various plates to share. While the experience itself was enjoyable, I was disappointed that, given the price, much of the fish is not wild. That being said, the martinis were phenomenal, the oysters were good, and the tuna appetizer was delicious. However, for the cost, it’s really not worth it—there are plenty of nearby spots with better sushi and seafood at a better value. It was an experience, but not one I’d rush to repeat.

Food that you can take for granted in Japan is not available. Is the taste for you? I thought it really didn't suit the taste, so I asked about it and it turns out it's a Japanese chain run by foreigners, not Japanese people. No wonder there is no subtlety at all. I feel sad after paying about $1,000.

We always love going to the Nobu locations around the world. The experience in Vegas was as good as any we have had. Sat at the Sushi bar and food service and experience were outstanding. A bit pricey but the quality justifies it.
