Everything we ordered was amazing! I am usually not a sushi person, but when it's done right like Nobu it makes a huge difference. Great staff, service and atmosphere! Rodney was an amazing waiter!
Always the absolute best food and experience. The wagyu tacos are to die for and we decided to just do sushi rolls this time. Did not disappoint in the slightest. Even was treated by sitting next to Lisa Vanderpump with her family and one of her pups! Thanks to all at NOBU!
Always a great experience at Nobu Caesars Palace. Chef BJ was entertaining as usual and suggested new menu items that we loved. We look forward to our next visit!
Nobu is always at the top of my list to visit when in Vegas. It never disappoints and last night was truly an awesome time.
The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was really friendly, and the waiter knew the menu very well. My favorite thing was definitely the Black Cod with Miso. My only feedback is that it seems like the special occasion I listed on the reservation (my friend's birthday) was overlooked and we didn't get any sort of celebration during service, but we did see other tables getting this. A little disappointing.
I had such high expectations for my first visit to Nobu. We were greeted by the hostess who informed us of a time limit for the table. That did not set the mood. We then sat at the table for some time before even getting a glass of water. I very much appreciated wait staff but I found the lack of attention and interest by our server to be disappointing. For a high end experience with high end pricing great service is key. That was not our experience. Now the most important, the food and it did not disappoint. Small plates with such a great variety of options to try. For lunch or dinner you cannot go wrong. With so many high end food choice's I I am not sure I would rush to return. Great food but disappointing service.
I was beyond excited to finally try Nobu for the first time after hearing so much hype. We were seated quickly, which was a great start, but that's where the excitement started to dip. We were placed right next to the bar, and the noise level made it difficult to even hear ourselves talk. Not exactly the elevated dining experience we expected. The service didn't help. Our waitress was noticeably unwelcoming and disengaged, only warming up toward the end of the meal. For first-time guests at a restaurant of this caliber, a little enthusiasm goes a long way—and it would have completely changed the experience. Overall, Nobu felt overrated. The food was good, but not mind-blowing, and certainly not worth the hype or the price tag. We've had far better meals with warmer service and a more inviting atmosphere for a fraction of the cost. The yellowtail was the standout—but unfortunately, one dish wasn't enough to redeem the experience. Glad we tried it, but once was more than enough.
Every time I am in Las Vegas nobu is a must Our waitress was great at suggesting off menu items Yum
We've been to Michelin Starred restaurants in Japan, so Nobu felt pretty average for a Japanese restaurant. Given the price-tag/menu prices, it's not worth it. But for the experience, the atmosphere, and clout of Nobu I guess it's worth it to brag to friends lol. The Yellowtail Jalapeno was the highlight. You can buy a cheap ticket on Zipair and fly to Japan and have the best sushi of your life for a third of the price.
Except for the hostess (we did have a reservation by the way) with a zero hospitality approach at our arrival, we truly loved the food and our server (can't recall name) she was excellent. We tried from wagyu to an assorted amazing maki selection including classics like spicy tuna and heads turning salmon and the crab as well.

Nobu restaurant never disappointed us, wherever we went to their locations (Dubai, Sao Palo, Las Vegas twice) with their menu, taste, ambience and service.
Food was excellent. Miso Black Cod - best entree on the menu. Very loud in the restaurant an dsome of the round table sare not that comfortable. No where to put your legs.
Our server, Tyler, was friendly and helpful and listened to us by not pushing any menu items in which we were not interested. He suggested a couple of sakes - both were good and just the flavor and sweetness we asked for. The hamachi kama was quite a good size but the meat was very moist and the skin was crisp - best I have had. Yakimono salmon was also good. Eggplant with miso was yummy and creamy, best for sharing as it was a generous dish. We would order the miso soup with tofu and the oshinko again. Loved the coconut haupia dessert.
Overall, the experience was not great. The food was excellent, but the service felt very rushed and impersonal. Unfortunately, there was no special attention at all for my birthday, even though it was supposed to be a special day. This really took away from the experience, which was quite disappointing.
Do not skip or sleep on Nobu's Black Cod w miso. Yellowtail w jalapeño. Crispy Rice w spicy tuna.
