Beautiful restaurant tho we were seated in the back next to hibachi tables so it was a bit smelly from that. We enjoyed every bite we had, some were amazing, some were not even on par with our regular, sushi spot in Los Angeles. Over $500 later, we went to eat pizza after 😂
We come here for a long time already and I don't like to be negative, but this was not how it used to be and how it should be. For the money you're spending you expect a top notch experience. And it's really not, not anymore. The food is good, some really good, but some things not so good in my opinion. Sushi rolls are terrible. But OK, rest was good, toro, wagyu, miso cod. But the whole experience was messy, not fluently. And cheap white plates and cups, cheap chop sticks. Hello, what's going on? For more than 900 dollars for 2 I expect something else and I can eat my wagyu and toro somewhere else. Disappointing.
Incredible food and outstanding guest care; a top dining experiencing more than worth the premium.
I love the staff at NOBU. Thomas always takes great care of Gracie and I. We love NOBU from the hostess greeting us to the great team work and service. The food is amazing and the best sushi in Vegas. Cheers
Amazing food. Bummed to sit in bar area at a small and low table despite reservation. Still worth the good experience.
Always had a great time at this restaurant, however on this occasion the waiter was very rude especially compared to past experiences
This was another amazing experience at Nobu, which has consistently delivered excellence every time we visit. The service was once again outstanding...attentive, knowledgeable, and polished. The food was absolutely incredible, with the quality of the fish and presentation surpassing expectations. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, with flavor combinations that highlight why Nobu is held in such high regard. While the atmosphere was energetic and vibrant, it did lean on the louder side, especially during peak hours like a Friday night. That's to be expected at such a popular location, but worth noting for those seeking a quieter dining experience. One thing that caught us by surprise was the noticeable increase in pricing...approximately 25% higher than our visit last year. For five or six small dishes, the final bill felt significantly steeper than expected. That said, the food and service remain top-tier, and we continue to view Nobu as a world-class dining experience that's well worth returning to...just with pricing in mind going forward.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nobu never misses... One of our favorite go-to dinner spots whenever we're in Vegas. The staff is consistently attentive, and the food is always smashingly on point. Tonight was no exception—everything from start to finish was flawless. We wrapped up the evening with their world-famous vanilla Mitsu dessert cake, and it was the perfect sweet finish to an amazing meal. Always a win here.
The sushi was nothing special but the service was horrible. The waiter we had was rude and cocky, lurking around so he could hand us the check. Would not recommend this place.
For a place of this caliber I expect much more. The music was way too loud to have a conversation. The service was very slow, our waiter never checked on us once we received our food, the cod had a ton of bones, the tempura sea bass was very bland. It was someone's birthday and they did nothing for them. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for the cost. On the plus side the drinks were good and the sushi was high quality as expected.

The food was amazing as usual. Our server Sarika was an absolute gem. She was friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. Everything we ate was divine. I recommend you let your server curate a menu for you, they know the food!
Heather walked us through the menu and helped to curate a menu just for us with our tastes in mind. The food was mind-blowing!! But above all, I'm convinced that without Heather as our server, we would not have had the amazing experience that we had. 10 out of 10.
One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food was absolutely amazing. The service staff went above and beyond.
Food is ALWAAAAAYS on point! Sat at the bar with my husband and brother and had great service and it was a phenomenal experience! My 3rd time at Nobu at Caesar's palace and my countless time at nobu! Always delish!
As usual the food and drinks were delicious. We have a pretty set go to menu and bring that our reservation was at 2145hrs it was perfectly light and not over filling.. the yellow fin jalapeño in citrus yuzu is delicious.. as well as the shojin tempura veggies.. we also love the rock shrimp and all the different dipping sauces.. and of course dessert is Devine. Our staff was nice and helpful. We always look forward to our dinners when visiting Las Vegas
