The food was top tier! I highly recommend the omakase option if it's your first time here. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was really chill. I plan on coming back when I'm next in Las Vegas!
I love the atomsphere of Nobu. However, this will be my last time to visit it.
Food: it's only ok for me.
Wagyu Taco: One piece of the wagyu was basically FAT! chef can have exam the beef! prior to cooking it.
Beef Toban-yaki: half of the beef in the dish were very chewy.
Crispy Rice: This is the worst among all. The sauce is so salty and thick as if it came out of store bought teriyaki sauce....

Not a big sushi guy, but Nobu completely converted me. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and next-level — the Black Cod alone is worth the visit. Great service, great vibe, pricey but absolutely worth it.
