Very disappointing. I ordered the Miso Ramen with Char Siu and pork broth; it was quite basic...just broth, noodles, a couple of slices of Char siu, some sprouts and scallions and maybe a few thin slices of some kind of mushroom. For this type of noodle soup I would expect jammy eggs, flavored oil on top, and other nice finishing touches (especially at this price!). NOT RECOMMENDED.

First time at the Noodle Shop at Mandalay Bay. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken dish. It had good flavor. The others that joined me for dinner gave their food a score of a 3. The veggies were cooked just right and the chicken was tender and spicy. Jack was our server and he was very attentive, friendly and awesome. The restaurant was clean & ambiance was great. Thank you Jack for taking care of us!

Inside the Mandalay Bay casino- most accessible to those staying at hotel. Hesitant at first due to lower reviews but service was good / fast. Very friendly manager. Food was good, no complaints.

Wasn't great. The food did not have much flavor and we felt a bit rushed while eating to vacate the table.

Located in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, I wanted to try this location and stop here for dinner. The ambiance is very nice and the menu is good as well. As I walked in, I was greeted and provided a table. Ordered a drink and then Chicke fried rice spicy.Food was delivered fast in 10 minutes, and it definitely tasted good. One of the good fried rices had in recent times. The price is, of course, Casino and resort priced. But it tasted really good. It was not spicy, and the server asked me to top with hot oil or sauce. The portions are definitely good and filling. The only negative is that the server kept asking me if I done, there were only 3 other tables occupied, and what's the rush ???

I’m a picky eater and vegan so my expectations were low but I absolutely LOVED my meal! The spring rolls and Taiwanese noodles were amazing!! Great for
veggie curry didn’t have flavor. Lo Mein was so bland. Customer service was amazing but Manager which was an older gentleman came and recommended a better dish which was the pad Thai noodles. Really good?He is the best hands down. This man has the best customer service I have ever seen. Really cares about the customers?

Hostest - Just ok. Manager - funny! Cleanliness - used napkin on the floor at our table that was ignored. Menu - decent. Drink - yum! Food speed to table - excellent! Food presentation - poor. Temperature - one hot meal and one cold. Taste - horrible...greasy...salty...horrible. Result - diarrhea...no kidding. We both had to leave the concert we attended 1/2 way though. My better half has a Midwestern cast iron stomach. We barely made it home. This was bad folks. We live in Vegas. We know food. This was horrible. Plus, we missed half of the concert we paid $$$ for. Common MGM. This is just not good.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options but not diarrhea free...

Went to this place last night. Had a Wonton noodle soup for $25 USD, wontons were small and wonton wrap was thick.. overall not worth it and worse Wonton noodle soup I've ever had... Lady that served the water was rude and slammed the cups onto the table. Would not recommend this place to
