Good food
Food was great. Everything was fresh. Miso ramen was delicious. The manager makes the whole place feel more lively. Very nice and personable.

Noodle Shop offers a delightful dining experience with its flavorful dishes and attentive service. The handmade pot stickers (steamed) and Hot and Sour soup receive high praise, while the Mixed Green Salad and Taiwan Chili Garlic Noodle (a cold noodle dish) also impress. Recently, customers have noted the tasty vegan spring rolls, mixed green salad with ginger dressing, and cauliflower fried rice, highlighting the clear labeling of vegan options on the menu. The food arrives hot and relatively quickly, and portions are good. Many diners have enjoyed dishes like Drunken Noodles with chicken and veggie Lo Mein, finding them delicious and satisfying. The spicy wontons and orange chicken are also popular choices. Service is often praised, with friendly staff members contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While some reviews mention that prices are high, which is common in Vegas, many find the quality of food worth the cost. Overall, customers appreciate the variety of vegan, vegetarian, and traditional Asian dishes, making it a preferred spot in Mandalay Bay.
