The food was excellent, the manager Chris addressed our concerns and we are looking forward to eating here again. Thank you Chris.

By far this is the worst fried rice I've ever had. Waitress said they don't use soy sauce when they fry rice.

This place was good the food I really enjoyed a lot. The staff were ok. We had to flag down the waiter multiple times and sometimes they would look at us and walk away, so not sure what that was about...however the food was great! We got a lot of food, the portions are definitely family style. We got a lot of the Chinese food too which had big portions however the rice is al la cart. And drinks were pretty expensive but price was pretty good for how much food you get. Overall would come back but maybe do a pick up order instead.

Saw that they had dim sum and other varieties to eat. When we came we waited to get seated and they told us we had to order online or look at the menu online and order at the register which was fine. They bring the food to you . It's nice inside. Staff is friendly . I had the steak which was cooked medium rare and it was great. My husband had the avocado toast and ate it all as well as the yogurt . I didn't give them five stars just because we had to order up front

One of the worst dinning experienes i have had in my 40 years in Las Vegas. Started with my waitress insisting that the menu would load on my phone. even though the page said no meniu avaiable. Thirty mins later she gave up and took my otrder, and that eas the best part og my visit.....do not venture into this chaos! You have bern warned!

Arrived at approximately 9:45 a.m. and the bartender took our order and directed us to sit at any table with the number he gave us to receive food from kitcken. Lets put it this way .....bacon loked like pieces of burnt bark...sausage looked like pieces of fingers.... They tasted worse and the pancakes couldve been better used as plastic freebies.. A very upseting way to start the day.

This place is great. I tried sampling of wide range food. We had the Chinese food on Friday, which all fantastic, genuine, and fresh. A real hidden gem for Chinese food. #Guy Fieri/DDD. Saturday, we had the American fair. Northside Sampler platter, Grilled Atlantic salmon, Steak Frites, and Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Everything was phenomenal, again all fresh ingredients, made to order and to perfection.

This was the new version of the Cafe. It was self service. You go to the bar to place and pay for your order. The cashier informed me that I would have to come back to the bar for refills. I placed my order at 11:56 a Caesar Salad topped with salmon ($19). I received my order at 12:28. I timed it. There was only one cook. When my food was delivered to my table, I had to request napkins. I will say the gentleman who bought my food noticed that my drink was empty and asked if I would like another. Only good part about my experience. Oh, the salad was goo.

Zero Customer Service. Seat yourself, scan a menu bar code, wait on your food. Asked for a server and was informed they didn't have one. I'm sure there expecting a 30% tip too.

Tried the Chinese food, walnut prawns, fried rice and black pepper steak and asparagus, very good flavor for prawns and asparagus but really don't like that no waitress/waiter thing they have going on there, so minus 1 star. Little on the expensive side for the portions you get minus 1 more star. I'd try some other dishes because the food I had was very delicious.

Does not take phone orders. No way to contact resturaunt. Phone rings even when employees are just standing around.Food is amazing and worth the money. Dining room is nice and has a good ambiance. Must try the Mongolian beef with jasmine rice!

Not only did they come out with the turkey sandwich last, they decided to poison all of us. Everyone in my group was sick off of the food. The sandwich was salty af. If I could give 0 stars I would. We couldn't even finish our last night out.

Northside has become either hit or miss lately. While the chinese food is what you'd expect in a typical casino cafe and the breakfast, while a little pricey is a solid example of breakfast fare, the new pizzettes that welcome you into the new location are downright disgusting and shouldn't be on the menu.I ordered the vegetable pizza with mushroom only and a red sauce base. You'd think with a brick over that they would provide a fully cooked pizza. It was a doughy mess, the cheese was virtually non esistent. When you think to yourself that you could get a better tasting pizza out of any chain, you'd have to think twice about ever ordering that item here. Big fail here

When we arrived we were told to order and pay first before we could get a table. This should have been a warning but we did it anyway. We were given our plastic cutlery and drinks and a number and told to go pick a table. After about 15 minutes the food arrived on paper plates with butter and preserves on a small tray. The "toast" was in a paper bag and was nothing more than warm stale bread. The butter was straight from the fridge and we had to use our napkins as a plate in order to spread it. The bacon, eggs and sausage were OK but the hash browns were one potato strand thick and burnt on one side. For the price they charged, the food and service should have been a whole lot better. We will never eat here again.

Delightful staff (especially Eddie and his crew in the mornings) and yummy, well portioned meals. First time we went here (3 years ago) we were a little shocked at prices BUT portions are so generous, you can actually share with someone else (unless you are starving). The regular food is delicious and the Chinese is SO good. Don't miss it.
