Passion berry is bubble gum flavor. So gross
$75 dollars for 2 slushy drinks. Beyond ripped off. This is Freemont Street, prices should be reasonable. The drinks were nothing special.
First time in Vegas and this place completely ruined the experience. I was charged $40 (including tip) for a drink I never even received due to their system error. That’s unacceptable, and I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank.
On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude and condescending. Instead of trying to fix the issue, they made the situation worse, and the manager spoke down to me rather than addressing the problem professionally.
