Ori'Zaba's Scratch Mexican Grill at Downtown Summerlin

The food is a very fresh here and made as you request. You go down-the-line and request each different type of food or topping. The staff always offers you options in case you might have missed them so that you know whatball of your options are. The food is plentiful. You get plenty per serving and they don't skimp.

Pepsi Products, ick…they don’t give water cups, you have to buy a Crystal Geyser, front cashiers don’t know English or they do not care to communicate effectively, food is the same processed salty mutten stew you’ll get anywhere else, nothing special, floors are clean though. Looks like a place where a lot of young people spend their parents money eating out. Zaba the not so Great.

I placed a delivery order.
The delivery lady was REALLY nice and communicative! I had a small issue with my order so I called the store and Summer not only walked me through how they prep certain items but was able to fix my issue immediately!
And the food was soooo good!! I’m never getting chipotle again!! lol

Is a really nice restaurant, service is fast, accurate, and the food portions was more than I thought I would be getting for the price we paid. We got the Quesadilla, chips and queso w/ a drink.

Please train your staff on how to make burritos and tacos. We’ve been to the other locations and the food was fine however the young, tall, African American, gentleman keeps messing up our orders. This was the second time our tortillas came out cold.

The service is horrible! The line took forever and the workers were super slow. Some of the workers just stood around and did NOTHING.
I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a fast place.
They 100% need to work on their customer service and work at a faster pace when busy.

No one has name tags so cant say by name but the cashier was very nice great angement with her , she has curly hair and glasses. The black guy with glasses and dreads and a small hat, he was extremely rude. My wife and I when we walked up we said hi. And he legit just stare at us and not say hi back and the whole engagement was dry , not even sure how he still has a job there. We are regulars at this establishment bu5 it has been twice back to back that we come and the same guy has helped us with the same attitude, first time I gave him the benefit of a doubt. Maybe he was having a bad day or so... but nope is just how he is . No costumer service. Truly disappointed
