I'm overdue with my review and with today's order, Orizaba's has truly exceeded my expectations. First of all, we love their food. Maybe we had a couple mishaps, that didn't stop us from going. Summer who is the manager knows me already. And I can't remember the other manager's name, but she's been so wonderful as well. I believe I spoke with her today. It's funny since I usually order the steak burritos or chicken wraps. They've known for awhile why I would call, requesting a few changes to my order since I couldn't do it online. I mean, no where has anyone provided that kind of customer service and we will forever be customers to Orizaba's.
Today, I'm not feeling so well and I completely forgot to call. I thought I was too late to ask for the changes. Well, I didn't have to worry, because they knew that either I called or not, it would be made the way I wanted one of the chicken wraps. Talk about exceptional service! Thank you!!!

What a great group of people working here! We walked in and felt so welcomed from Mayela and her team. Food was good, had 2 quesadillas that could have used a smidge more cheese. Really nice that they include guac and sour cream with it. As we ate our lunch, Julie was a rockstar taking care of customers and the dining area. Not a dirty surface in sight!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Made a $65 order, the website said it would be up to 35 minutes for delivery. 50 minutes go by, no delivery. So we called and the employee said that the delivery driver never showed up, so he's not sure what to tell us. He had no solution, and offered for us to speak to the manager.
Julie, the manager, was rude on the phone and the only solution she offered was to remake the food for us to pickup or refund the order. So we're just out of luck for lunch today, I guess.
We never received any update from the company or any indication that there was an issue with the order. I guess their plan was to just let the food sit in perpetuity?
It's really a shame because the food is delicious. But the people working there need to get a clue. This has been one of our favorite places to eat, but they've lost some loyal customers today.

Don't order here, they literally don't check who they give their orders to. No one is helpful at all. Lady gave me the wrong order and snatched it out of my hands like I was stealing when I returned it. Prior to this she had confirmed that it was my order. Worst service.

Ordered the appetizers Taquitos and tasted exactly like the frozen box kind you can buy anywhere - wouldn’t surprise me if they buy them then deep fry them. Very disappointed these aren’t homemade but box. The drinks were good - this restaurant is a knockoff of Qdoba and Chipotle with the flare of box frozen food bought off the shelf. Also had the potato taco which was a tsp of hashbrown like potatoes fried in a small street taco shell - it lacks flavor - no salt, no spice - really? Restaurants are charging way too much money for processed off the shelf food. I give them 0 stars for this appetizer food effort, 5 stars for a great staff, nice atmosphere and good drinks at the dispensers. I’ll get something different next time but what a disappointment with the appetizers. I’ll write another review if I do go back.
Vegetarian options: You do have the choice to eat a vegetarian meal here.
Parking: We hit the Saturday Market and Parking is luck of the draw - we had awesome parking spot that day right at the exit on the main deck.

Located at Downtown SummerlinLunch to goThe server assembling the food greeted us but when we were ready to order he had to be told be the manager he had customers waiting and he was standing right there. Once he assisted us he assembled our order well. The Cashier was very friendly.What we ordered:1.) Classic Zaba Chicken Bowl $11.25 My hubby said his was fresh and taste.2.) Classic Queso Shrimp Bowl $13.15 Ingredients were fresh and tasty.
