Ottimo Gourmet Kitchen & Pizzeria

We went in for brunch. There was 3 other tables and a more than a full staff. Right after we were sat, I noticed the few tables that were seated kept looking around and were clearly upset. There was also 3 waiters watching tv at the bar. Which is completely fine since the restaurant was empty. However, we waited 25 minutes for someone to come take our order. It wasnt until we were walking out that someone came to us and asked if everything was alright. Didn’t feel like wasting more of my of my time and left. I should note that the other table that, I’m assuming was looking for their server, also never got any help. There was also another table who looked like they also only had water and left before getting service.

The brunch at Ottimo is fantastic! We had the pastry sampler, parfaits, avocado toast, chicken milanese and raspberry gelato. Make sure to try the lemon pastry, it is to die for! Thank you to Chef Bruno and his team. We will definitely be back!

Our server Shayna was an absolute delight! We had a wonderful breakfast but her service is what stood out! We didn’t want for a single thing and she went above and beyond with all our silly tourist requests. 1000% recommend Miss Shayna any day of the week, if you miss her, you’ve missed out!

We chose the Ahern for all of our wedding guests, booking over a dozen rooms, and were expecting a much better experience at the bar inside Ottimo, especially on a Friday night. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. When we asked for shots, the bartender said they were “too busy,” even though the bar wasn’t busy at all. After our first round of drinks, the bartender couldn’t be bothered to ask if we wanted another.

We also tried to buy a round of drinks for another table, and again got the same excuse: “too busy.” After trying multiple ways to get their attention for a refill, we finally resorted to whistling a couple of times before the bartender noticed us.

On a positive note, the drinks were cheap and good when we were finally able to get them. It’s unfortunate that the bar staff is so inattentive, especially since we’d been eating breakfast at the hotel for a few days, and the food was fantastic.

For a Friday night, and considering the number of guests we brought to this hotel, the service at the bar was beyond disappointing. This experience will definitely prevent us from staying at this hotel again on one of our annual trips to Vegas. We expected much better, especially for such an important occasion.

I requested a Veggie Pizza and Chef Bruno delivered! The pizza had an abundance of veggies, per my request, and the flavors exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend to any vegan and carnivore. The Chicken Parmasan, and Chicken Veggie plate were also delicious per my families satisfaction.

This was our first visit to Ahern and Ottimo, we had a friendly greeting, were seated promptly. Our server josh was great, attentive, helpful friendly. We tried a number of things started with one of their pizza's was tastey, looked good and was prepared well. Salad was good and our entree's were both very good and we would order anything we had a again. Our wines were both very good and enjoyed the pours. Others seated arounded us looked to be enjoying themselves as well - we went upstairs afterward and enjoyed the Neil Diamond Tribute show-King of Diamonds which was also very good the showroom was very nice with friendly bar service - and the seating was upclose and personal. Everyone at Ahern was friendly, helpful and available.. Look forward to the next time we here to hopefully go back again. Deb and Bil, Wmsburg Va

We ate here for free with our stay at the Ahern. The food was good and the service was good. Our waitress was really nice. Although we didn't pay, the prices weren't bad for the quality of our food.

The vegetarian deluxe pizza that I had was fantastic. My colleague had meat spaghetti, which was not as good. (He is one of the persons who believes that a meal cannot be complete without meat!)

Go on Wednesday, when wine by the glass or bottle is half price. We had an excellent bottle of Rioja

I really wanted to make this place for my visit in Vegas. Was looking for a nice Italian place to eat. The food was very underwhelming. I ordered the chicken piccata. What I got was spiral pasta with capers drowning in olive oil or butter with no flavor I had to ask for garlic and lemon to complete the dish the chicken taste like it was boiled flavor. This was a disappointment. As I was the one that chose the place for us to eat at that night. The two stars are for the Greek salad that was about it

Super great happy hour special on Monday night for football. Pizza was great and there was free parking in the garage. Manny offers superb service.

Food was very nice could not fault it! The service was not too great. Asked for a drinks menu other than the wine and beer list which we was told they didn't have one and the waitress did not know any other drinks they served. On multiple occasions the waitress tried to take our plates when we were still eating and even asked us if we wanted to look at a dessert menu when we were halfway through our meal. After this she gave us the bill when we were still eating? We felt as though we were being rushed out of the restaurant. Such a shame because the food was lovely.

Norman was an excellent server. I have a number of allergies and he was extremely patient checking on ingredients and accomodating with specifics. He was pleasant to talk with and very attentive and kind. The food was delicious as well!
