My second time dining here, and we always get great service. This time I had the Kumamoto oysters and little neck clams. The oysters were so fresh and delicious and paired well with the cucumber martini. Only four stars because they don’t have a gluten free bread option, so the little neck clam dish just wasn’t completely satisfying without bread to dunk into the broth. Only four stars a previous visit, I had the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were large and I loved the sweetness of the cocktail sauce. Also love the hot sauce selection!

Such a disrespectful service i ever never got before. Server anf Chef do not know how to work. Do not put anyone who does not know hosting. One of servers all of sudden pop up and mess up all waiting list. And showing attitude to customers lol

Ordered safe first time visit Fried shrimp. Nice size shrimp but the tempura type batter was thick and gummy inside picked it apart, fries were good but that won’t pull me back in. Same for my dining companion who ordered the fish and chips w one exception fish was very thin with same batter.

I love the oyster bar but HATE the service. The servers are rude and very picky on who they choose to give great service to. It never fails. As I sat next to a couple the server was very attentive and spoke to me like I was bothering her. As if I walked in demanded services and was rude. No hello, when I initially sat down! I sat for at least 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I was acknowledged it was while she was passing by me. When she did take my order, no eye contact was made and she asked from the register what she could get for me. Then proceeded to walk up to the couple next to me, greet them and ask them what could she get for them. Vegas is definitely the Capitol of service! Although it gives horrible service and their are people who could do their jobs with passion, attentiveness and respect.
Not that reviews matter, because honestly who looks at them? No, one! This would be more like my experience and nothing more. Nothing changes, never!!!!!!! The staff sucked on July 5th 2025!!!!!

Get the calamari, fish n chips, and bread! Everything we had was fresh and delicious. Seasoned well, not chewy at all, very well done. We enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere, very worth it. 10/10 would do again.

Delicious!! The chef is so wonderful and loves his restaurant and staff. He helps his staff, walks the floor and chats with the customers, and makes sure the restaurant is always looking top! Waitresses are friendly food is great! Next time I go, I'll ask for my rice on the size...I got full too fast.

I really wanted to like The Oyster Bar at Santa Fe — the food is decent, the atmosphere is fine — but I can’t get over the ridiculous $1.99 takeout fee. For what? A bag and a box? There’s absolutely no added value, just a blatant money grab.
It’s frustrating to see more and more businesses nickel and dime their customers like this. I get that costs are going up, but this just feels shady. If you're going to charge me extra, at least give me something for it — better packaging, utensils, a sauce, anything. Instead, I got the same food I would've gotten dining in, just packed up and more expensive for no reason.
I don’t mind supporting local restaurants, but when they start padding the bill with fees that don’t make sense, it’s hard to justify coming back. Do better.
Another great meal at The Oyster Bar, Santa Fe Station. Our favorite server Ana was fast, efficient, and friendly as always. This little place is super clean, the food is always fresh and well prepared. We've always felt welcome by the staff which is not the case in some restaurants. We'll be back soon!

We were greeted by the Chef himself -Executive Chef 🧑🍳 Fearnow amazing customer service given by him truly. The combo pan roast was amazing, this is one of our favorite dishes and we were not disappointed. We will be back, this will be one of our go to restaurants in Vegas.

Stood in a room that the toilet would back up had to call 5 times to unclog it and all I got was resort fee’s waved. Horrible experience for my family who had to keep going downstairs to the casino to use the restroom or urinate on themselves.
