I was really looking forward to our dinner at PF Chang's, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the food. Bland, overcooked fried beef, rock solid broccoli and overall poor quality food. Not the experience we hoped for.
I've been here many times over the years and it seems like the food quality has gone down. Our food was lukewarm and just didn't have that fresh feel. Chicken was dry, Mongolian beef overcooked.....the service was amazing but the food was disappointing
My wife and I had a good meal at P.F.Chang's Planet Hollywood. The service was ok to get seated. The wait staff was great; they knew the menu and was able to recommend choices. The food was good and tasty. We enjoyed our time at P.F.Chang
This was fairly disappointing as the food wasn't up to expectations. I have enjoyed Changs over the years but this experience was below standards as the sushi litterally fell apart as I ate it and the beef in the loemein was tough and chewy. Our server was nice but difficult to get ahold of and considering the fact that place was pretty empty, that isn't really acceptable. Maybe we just came in on a bad day.
Used to be great food but now it's really poor quality fast food and appears management doesn't care. Very disappointed and will never return - tell all your friends!
The service was very good and great location. The food at this location was not nearly on par with what I had expected from P.F. Chang's. I have eaten at many, but this was subpar.
Had a Date night dinner with my husband. The only thing good was , we got seated right away for our 7 pm reservation. After given menu and water, waited at least 15 minutes before our order was taken, it wasn't even busy. Very disappointed , we used to dine a lot at PF Chang in Northern California awhile back so we decided to come here . Food was awful , we had the Dinner Special. Egg drop soup is runny , hot and sour soup was sweet , egg rolls are flavorless , Mongolian Trio and Sesame chicken almost taste identical with too much sauce and again too sweet. We are Asian and we love eating. Sorry to say, those are one of the worst Chinese food we've eaten. I'd rather eat at Panda Express . Had leftovers and tried to modify flavors at home with little success but still better than how it tasted before. I don't cook much but my husband said I can cook better. If not for seating us right away and Planet Hollywood location , I would give it 0 Star. Would not come back to this location, but for curiosity and fairness, might try one in Fremont, California where we used to go and see if food is the same quality.
Food is always great here and reasonably priced. The service is good and well organized with seating and servers. Food is quick to come to the table.
Really disappointing birthday meal starters came out ten minutes apart when asked staff what was happening was told come from different kitchens not a resolution then when husbands starter arrived after five minutes brought main ready to sit on table honestly then asked them to take away till starters finished. It came back again ten minutes later same dishes the honey chicken was dry as hell and we never finished couldn't wait to leave the place and certainly won't be back totally different experience from this time last year.
Dinner special prices were great and plenty of food. Did feel a little rushed by our server but all in all, a very good dinner.

The atmosphere was lively and the crew there provided great customer service. Had beef and broccoli and Mai Tai's. Can't be beat. Will be there again.
Celebrated a birthday with a party of six. Most dishes tasted fantastic. The fried rice and pad Thai however did not. Service was great.
Portions smaller than at other PF Changs. Off bitter flavor in Changs spicy chicken. I have had this dish many times and something was off
We had family visiting from Peru. We took them to Las Vegas for the weekend. They love Asian cuisine, and so we took them to PF Changs. We were staying at Planet Hollywood, so it was very convenient. The restaurant was very nice inside, the food was delicious and the service was pleasant.
service was great and our food was outstanding . there was so much food we each needed a box to take the leftovers . prices were fair and we enjoyed the food and dining experiance . we would dine there again .
