Always enjoy dining at P.F Changs as the food is to tasty and good portions. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps appetizer portion to start and I was disappointed. Was not made fresh to order, and wish they dint put the mixture on the little noddles as I don't care for them. I've had them before and were absolutely amazing so I'd try them again. Fried rice add chicken is the best and I love the Spicy chicken. Server was good checked in enough to make sure I was doing well. In Vegas the patio is loud and will remember to sit inside the next time I visit.
Food was tasty, hot and looked as advertised but I felt that PF's has lost a bit of its flair. It was very noisy. All in all the value for money was ok, lettuce wraps were decent. Sesame beef very good, orange chicken was just ok. Dumplings were superb
We sat outside at the Aladdin hotel location in Las Vegas. It was evening time and there was a lot of street noise and traffic. We could've chosen inside. Our server Faser was great!
Very good service during our meal, the server checked on us multiple times to be sure we were taken care of. We ordered a couple of appetizers (Crispy Green Beans and Chang's Lettuce Wraps) to go with our entree of Sweet and Sour Chicken with a side of Lo Mein. The portions were quite large and a good value for the price. This was more than enough food for the two of us and it was all very tasty.
I've only eat P.F. Chang's in Las Vegas and Omaha, NE and both places are amazing. I have lots of dietary restrictions and I never feel sick after eating there. They are especially accommodating to the gluten free patrons.
We showed up with a reservation and was told we had a 30 minute wait. Do not take a reservation unless you are willing to commit to having a table available within a reasonable amount of time
We made a reservation way in advance ( 4 weeks ) for dinner and we were sat at a table that was crowded under the stairs . We were told that if we do not want to sit there we should wait another hour because is first serve first sat . The server was way too efficient - at one moment we had on the table the appetizers , the main course and the deserts . The restaurant does not have its own bathroom just share it with the casino / shopping mall and you don't want me to describe those bathrooms for both men and women.
My reservation was for 6pm, but for some reason it was showing at 7pm when we checked in. Receptionist had a hard time finding a table, but the place was only half full. She didn't believe we had a 6pm reservation until I should her the text message. Appetizer took 10-15 minutes, but it took more than an hour to get our first dish.
Pésimo servicio!!! Desde que no pasaron media hora después, la comida tardó otra media hora
This was the worst experience we have ever had. Our server was horrible. Not very friendly, took forever to even come take our drink and food order. Hardly ever came to see if we needed anything else. Never brought our hot mustard we ordered. Had to ask a manager for our bill.

There is no how to review as we could see empty table for two and were not atteded. The receptionist told as to wait and we did until we quit as it was lasting for ever. It was a pitty as I know the restaurant from Greensboro and want to show to my wife.
Our waitress was outstanding, the hostess was the not welcoming or attentive. It seemed to me were an afterthought.
Bad service, OK food.
