I went with a group and we ordered family style — such a fun and flavorful experience! The highlights were definitely the Black Truffle Fried Rice, Roasted Pork, Duck Lettuce Wraps, BBQ Pork Buns, Soup Pork Dumplings, Veg Spring Rolls, and Tea.

Dim sum in Chinatown at Palette Tea Lounge. Everything was beautifully done, but the pork soup dumplings topped with their signature vinegar caviar was amazing...such a perfect balance of rich and tangy. Also loved the super cute crispy pork and shrimp mochi ducklings... one of their specialties, paired with a jasmine tea lager. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for an elevated dim sum experie🥟🍥🥢🍶
