They refused to replace a side of my 3 side plate. I stepped up front and show the cashier the entire side untouched and they said that if I had claimed something was wrong with my side earlier they would have replaced it. I didn't even ask for a refund or anything else, I asked them if they can replace this hard as a rock beef and they refused. Ridiculous problems solving skills from management and employees.
It is hard to find a value meal in Vegas. I've seen candy bars that would go for less than $2 anywhere, but on the strip, they are selling for $5. Mixed drinks start at $19. So, you can imagine my surprise and relief to find this Panda Express. We shared a plate that consisted of Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and white rice. It was more food than we could eat. I highly recommend the Orange Chicken.
Nice staff delivering up fast quality food with reasonable prices.
I orderd 2 family meals my order was for all chicken teryokie my order came upside down in bag and no sauce at all the food was no good completely inedible dry hard probaly from lack of sauce but it could have also been lack of care. I called for a refund they said 14days then nothing called back they said take it up with the store so we do amd they say we'll it's past 8days we can't or will not help you but thanks for letting us know.. All I can say is don't do business with a company that has no morals and don't care about the costumer at all beside these places are gross panda is one of the dirtiest businesses and they violate soany rules we all need to watch them go down ............ No company can survive without us
I order my food, 3 plate and she keep missing up reading back my order. And 1 of my plate is missing 1 on tray. 4/18 @ 6:45pm at las vegas blvd.
It was 1 am and they closed in 30 mins but they didn’t want to cook
Good food, good value. Not very friendly customer service at cash register.
The “manager” Luis should be fired. He on purpose didn’t give me the last two honey walnut shrimp left in the pan even tho it would have equaled a normal portion just because he’s an unpleasant and petty human—mad because I asked for all white rice. Two things: That’s cross-contamination to put those two shrimp that you didn’t give me in with the new freshly cooked shrimp and 2–If you’re bad at customer service in Las Vegas you should just pack it up and consider another line of work that doesn’t require you to be customer-facing, because this isn’t it.
It went downhill to a ghetto and cheap place, cutting corners and cheating. I have been coming here every time I come to Vegas and this time Feb 2025, it’s all changed for the worst, I ordered a bigger plate with beef broccoli and i had to excavate the beef out and only found 2 pieces in total with the size of a penny, luckily I was eating in and went straight back to the staff, who then pulled 3 small pieces of beef with a really bad attitude… what a joke!!! Management attention required
Nice atmosphere,nice service too

For a busy location, it’s decent. Quick service, portions are okay and customer service is good.
Too salty.
Good food highly recommended.

I visited Panda Express in Las Vegas for dinner and found it to be a cost-effective alternative compared to other nearby options. The food is reasonably priced, and the portions are generous. However, I was disappointed that the food was served cold. It would have been much better if they had taken the extra step to warm it up before serving. Despite the price advantage, the dining experience could be significantly improved with better attention to food temperature.

I went to Las Vegas during the Christmas holidays, a total of 3 times. Authentic taste and affordable price. Especially in the morning, there are long queues at other breakfast coffee shops, so this place is very empty. But there are many people after noon. I ordered fried rice and mushroom chicken. The fried rice was a bit hard, but the mushroom chicken was delicious. Sour pork is also good. Friends prefer to eat fried noodles.
