First time at Panda Express in Las Vegas and it was a terrible experience. The employee named Lupita was extremely rude and rushed me while ordering. When she asked what I wanted, I said rice and broccoli initially before I could finish my order. She immediately filled half the container with rice and the other half with plain broccoli.
I corrected her and said I wanted Beijing beef and orange chicken with rice only. She rolled her eyes, raised her voice, and said “you didn’t say that, you said yes yes yes,” which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. She then dumped the broccoli back into the tray, which felt unsanitary and like cross-contamination.
The attitude continued through checkout, and unlike every other customer, I wasn’t given a fortune cookie. To make it worse, the chicken was cold, dried out, and so hard it actually broke my plastic fork.
Between the rude behavior, poor hygiene, and bad food quality, this location needs serious improvement. I would not recommend coming here unless you enjoy being rushed, talked down to, and served cold food.

Wonderful place to eat lunch, or take out for rush people either. Reasonable price and so many options that I could choose! My whole time favorite is walnut shrimp 🍤 This is first thing that I missed in US the most. And do not miss the fortune cookie to test your luck!🥠
