First time visiting this location and it was a good first impression. Outside esthetic looks clean, modern, and new. I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant since no one else was in line. Inside looks clean and well ventilated. Came in to order a takeout lunch. This location has cut back on the food portions and charging more money so I won't be there other locations give you more and you feel like you're getting your money's worth when I asked for a little more they said they would have to charge me so why won't be

I went through the drive-through. There was a very very long wait and when I finally got my order, they handed me the bag with no utensils, soy sauce, or anything in it except for the food. This was not good customer service. Not sure what was happening, but due to the two star rating seems they might need to find ways to improve.
