i ordered a bowl (orange chicken and chow mien) but my chow mien is 95% onions and 5%noodles? didnt realize until i got home but its upsetting not getting what you paid for, i wouldve stopped at albertsons to get a few onions if thats what i wanted lol and it wouldve been cheaper too! please put more noodless!!!

It took this location over 25 minutes to have my online order ready. I walked in and they said they were working on it, I proceeded to wait 25 mins, 3 workers asked me about my order. Then I saw all 5 containers waiting to be boxed and the worker walked away from my order to make someone else’s order. I asked him to come box mine as I had already waited 25 mins. He said give me a few minutes and I said no, it had already been plenty of minutes. The line has been served 3 times over as I sat and waited for my food. Once I got home I realized he forgot the teriyaki sauce that I ordered and the teriyaki chicken is not good without sauce. Horrible experience, won’t come back to this location.
