We recently ordered via drive thru. The drive thru worker was extremely friendly and we were done fast despite the busy crowd. Definitely will return, honey shrimp ? recommended!

Mercedes has no right to work here with people. She targets people and purposely gives them small amount of food. She doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Very rude and arrogant. I have told her personally when you see me, don’t come near me. This isn’t a manager, she is a monster. She even targets employees for doing their job correctly.

I come here pretty often because my 3-year old loves the noodles. Is this gourmet or fully authentic Chinese food? Not really...I mean, I have been to China several times, and even stayed there for about a month at one point.However, most Americans don't have the same pallet that fits authentic Chinese food. So, the end result is the fusion style that Panda Express offers.I personally like the Mushroom Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and Beijing Beef the most.Are there some GREAT Chinese restaurants in Vegas? Yep! But if you don't want to go across town, or you are in a pinch for some good food, Panda Express is always a decent option.

Don't go to this Panda Express EVER, just had a horrible experience. I ordered online through the app and when I got inside to pick it up they wouldn't give me my order. I even showed them in the app my order and how much it was. The manager was extremely rude to me and just kept yelling give me the confirmation, give it to me , give it to me. Again I showed her the app with all the order information?!?!! Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer service, I will never go to this location again and I eat at Panda several times a week. Hire better management Panda, we think higher of you than this place. Go to XO Chinese up Blue Diamond a few miles across from Albertsons shopping center. Food and Customer service is Beyond Amazing!!
If your fast food getting anything under 4 stars means you messed up. Ordered a bigger plate thur the drive tru. Came home with Chow mein when I asked for stream white rice. Getting that part wrong ruins the whole meal as it's like losing half a meal.

I tried to use my rewards app for my free plate. The cashier scanned my QR code and still charged me full price. She told me that it would load points onto my app so I think she didn't get i was trying to redeem points. I tried to explain but she dismissed me so I just said forget it. Then I got my order and it was fine, until I got home and realized not only did she not give me ice, she only filled my cup up halfway. I'm done with this location. I'll be going to St Rose from now on
My fried rice was really undercooked. What a waste of money. I had nothing else to eat my food with.

You, I guess you get what u pay for right. Panda charges $1.99 more for the black Angus beef, but what u really get is 2 pieces of meat and a pinch of vegetables. If you're going to charge more money, give more meat. That's all I'm saying. Stop screwing over the consumer..We are the ones that keep your business going.
