The worst experience in all pandas.
Cold and old food, orange chicken impossible to eat, food in general does not have the characteristic panda flavor, unpleasant.
Not 24 hours. Very rude about it
This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a Panda Express! The employees were very rude! Kevin and Hazel made it a horrible experience! It was too much for them to ask for the bare minimum. We had to wait an extra 20 mins just to get our food and they were very rude about it! They also didn’t listen to our orders and the place was filthy as can be! We had a tough time finding a clean table and the only had one! And I never got teriyaki on the chicken that I ordered. The overall service and atmosphere was the worst that we have ever had at a Panda Express! We will never be coming back to this location ever again! I would not recommend coming here to anyone unless you want lousy service, poorly prepped food and a table that is filthy! Worst Panda Express experience ever!

I was staying at the Redrock and went to the food court for dinner. I walked up to the counter and waited for the lady to assist me. She was talking to two men cooking. She ignored me and my cousin. She then came to the glass counter and continued to ignore us while she moved the food around the pan. I was standing right in front of her. I feel she was purposely ignoring us. I tapped my cousin on the shoulder and we left for the Mexican restaurant across the court. I was upset and felt she was rude and very unprofessional. I can’t comment on the food they ignored us.

With all the great restaurants to eat at Red Rock, my favorite place is Pandas. I know the food is going to be good and fresh, even when I stayed here, I had a plate for my midnight snack. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍

Ordered through the app 45 minutes to close was very surprised was thinking great going to get Luke warm or old food. Got my meal got home and to my surprise was hot and fresh and delicious will be returning to this location again in the future.

The food was pretty good wasn’t to happy that I was told to wait for teriyaki chicken which was no problem, as was waiting I saw some teriyaki chicken come out and the worker serves the next customer before me even tho I was waiting ended up having to eat alone because my group was already finished eating. Not a big deal but the staff can do better in prioritizing customers very poor customer service
