The food was pretty good wasn’t to happy that I was told to wait for teriyaki chicken which was no problem, as was waiting I saw some teriyaki chicken come out and the worker serves the next customer before me even tho I was waiting ended up having to eat alone because my group was already finished eating. Not a big deal but the staff can do better in prioritizing customers very poor customer service

Orange chicken was overcooked and did not take like the classic 'orange chicken taste.

Over priced and under proportioned, 3oz is a standard serving now, asked for specific quantities of sauce that we did not receive nor did we receive fortune cookies with our meals. Just another chipotle in the making.

Fried rice hard as rocks. Complain about portions especially seeing other customers received a generous serving yet they ordered same size dish as me. Too pricey. Service only friendly towards certain customers. I use to eat here often and never encounter this. I will not return.

I have eaten at this panda location at location at least once a month for the past 5 years. The cook at this location has been the same. He has no clue how to cook vegetables.

I just order ed on Panda Express at red rock casino suggesting to pay $1 and 50 more for a bigger plate. They serve you less. So what is the deal? Half half Chow, mein and rice with one fork you can leave the chow mein this is a yoke higher prices and that's it. Don't ask for $1.50 more and you serve less food. This is not the first time. Come on guys you making good money?
I am completely done with this location!! Not only are they serving super small portions but they do not care to give you good quality food. Whoever is in charge of this location only cares about making money and not customer services. So I will not go back again.
I eat at this location every week, but no longer. As mentioned in other comments, the rice is undercooked and hard. In other words, the cooks, servers, manager and owner really don't care what they're putting into your Styrofoam container! There is no quality assurance that you're getting a good meal....as long as you pay your money and walk away....they made their sale. Tonight I got FR, Kung Pao chicken and Bejing Beef. The servings keep getting smaller, KPC was almost all vegetables and the FR, yep, still hard!I'm done with Panda and will spend my money at the other food outlets who care about the product they are serving.
These people who work here need to learn how to cook rice - it is not meant to be rock rice! What is that? Undercooked hard rice. Also, they tend to leave it in the service tray too long so the bottom layer becomes burned, yet they serve it. The orange chicken lacks any and all resemblance to orange! It is basically some other unidentifiable flavor.
