First off I want to apologize to the young manager on the phone who had to deal with me and my concerns regarding my mobile order. Secondly, thank you to the staff for delivering a consistent, delicious meal. My concern for my mobile order was the text they send you to let you know your order is ready was received almost 15 minutes from the pickup time and my concern was that the food would be cold if I account for travel time. This is the second time that the orange chicken was extremely overcooked. The service was good but some of the food is just overdone.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was amazing—especially Sergio. He really goes above and beyond to take care of his customers!
