“Visit was "ok". The cranberry/orange loaf I ordered was somewhat hard from sitting out so long, as well as the cherry pastry I bought was also VERY hard. Prices are too high these days to receive less-than-stellar food. The only thing that topped it was the service. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and courteous.“
“I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Service. The assistant mgr.was out front and treated me like I was a VIP. Interaction skill were awesome.She made a recommendation for a drink, they had OMG how right she was that drink was awesome 😎 The place is impeccably clean from what I could see and the tables are maintained spotlessly definitely a place I would visit“
“Staff food view beautiful wonderful only thing I do not like is lottering there's always men sitting on speaker phone 4 hrs men just sitting there with no meal doing nothing once you have ordered and eaten your meal in a timely manner like 15 or less you must leave. Please stop having people sitting there taking up space besides that love yall alot.“
“Stopped by before heading back to California. This is a nice Panera and was clean. The outdoor patio from previous reviews appeared to be set up and today the outdoor dinning option wasn't available as you can see in the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor dinning is expansive with plenty of room and they had a nice high top bar working area. Took a bit just to get 2 bagels and it wasn't very busy. Worth a stop if your in the area.“
“Wow! I’ve been to many Panera Breads and this location by far exceeded my expectations! KC made my food and when I when I asked for an extra sauce she was so kind and made sure my meal was made the way I wanted. She is an asset to this restaurant. People like her make a huge difference. Not only for the business but for us as customers. I truly enjoyed my meal! Thanks KC!!!“
“Came through the drive thru the first time. Ate the food in the parking lot. It was great. Loved every bite and haven’t eaten Panera bread since living in WA. Bottom line came again and walked inside… Dexter was nice and helpful, great customer service. Loved that he was the manager and didn’t seem bothered by taking orders. Next thing I know he in the back helping bag the food. Dexter is awesome. Don’t know him personally just enjoyed his energy with customers and his employees. Love this location. Very clean and peaceful at the moment.“
“Ordered delivery of the Panera Bread site the other day. It was pretty quick and a lot of food.
I got the tuna sandwich and bowl chili. The tuna sandwich was good. I just didn’t have much tuna in the sandwich. I feel like it could have used some more. The chili tho was bomb. It was hot when it got to me. The flavors were delicious. It has just a mini kick of spice. Definitely will be always getting chili. My only complaint is for the price of a smoothie (which was delicious) it’s so freaking small. It’s like a kids size smoothie lol.“

“Special recognition for Simmons who checked me out in the store in Claremont, CA (part of San Diego). He was extremely helpful when I was ordering and took the time (when no other customers needed attention) to download the Panera App on my phone and explain how to use it. At my age (86) this type of service matters greatly and Simmons gives it. Because of that experience, I am dedicated to making more visits to Panera Bread. Needless to say, the baked goods and lunch items are top notch, too.“
