Came through the drive thru the first time. Ate the food in the parking lot. It was great. Loved every bite and haven’t eaten Panera bread since living in WA. Bottom line came again and walked inside… Dexter was nice and helpful, great customer service. Loved that he was the manager and didn’t seem bothered by taking orders. Just had onion soup delivered by Uber Eats because I'm sick and needed something warm and flavorful. Took over 50 minutes for it to arrive! Left it outside my front door, which was okay. But, it was super cold when I decided to eat it!! It had a lot of flavorful broth but very little onion in the broth!! Could have used a bit more for substance!! It was just okay, but if I was eating there in person, I would have complained about the tiny amount of cheese and onion.
