We’ve been to so Paneras in the past (mostly in California and Illinois) and it’s always a complete miss or a complete hit - no in between. Have not had any issues with my orders at this specific location. Quite frankly my last order was made so well that I needed to take the liberty to write a review. Granted it was just a sandwich and a salad, but I can’t tell you how many times in the past at other locations where the food was just so terribly made or was completely off....
I have been to many Panera locations
This one seemed a little dated. Normally I get a great salad, this time it didn't taste over the top like they usually are. The booths I was in needed attention, as did the restroom. I will. Ot go back to this location.

I was early for an appt and didn’t eat breakfast so I stopped at Panera. I was greeted by Brooklyn, she asked if I needed more time, which I did. I was leaning towards a bagel (which I don’t need) but the soufflés were staring back at me. She explained what they were to me and gave me her recommendation. It was delicious 😋- Thank you Brooklyn for your outstanding customer service.
