Decent place that I stopped for a quick breakfast and coffee. The Avacado toast was really good and the coffee was good (with free refills which is great). The staff seemed annoyed that I didn't use the kiosk but they didn't do anything rude in particular.

I often go to this location in the afternoon and each time I notice that this worker ila is always in the front chatting with the cashier even if the workers in the back are struggling and look on edge. Each time I have asked her for something she always makes me sound like I am stupid like when I ask for my order estimate or ask for the bathroom code. Each time I come I try to avoid talking to her. instead opt in and ask the workers in the back or the cashier. Food is good, sometimes messy or utensils dirty.
There’s no one working at this location I guess take your own order computers have replaced humans my main complaint is usually when you order a specialty salad it comes with the salad dressing for that salad get home and there is none so that meal costs me 20.00 and there’s no dressing so this meal is completely ruined and it’s too hot to go driving ten min there and ten min back. Maybe that’s why there was only one customer there. Very disappointed I won’t be back.
Special recognition for Simmons who checked me out in the store in Claremont, CA (part of San Diego). He was extremely helpful when I was ordering and took the time (when no other customers needed attention) to download the Panera App on my phone and explain how to use it. At my age (86) this type of service matters greatly and Simmons gives it. Because of that experience, I am dedicated to making more visits to Panera Bread. Needless to say, the baked goods and lunch items are top notch, too.
Good food. A little expensive
Great food and service.
I totally messed up my order and the managers, Pam and Michael, were super kind and accommodating. Great customer service. Thank you for your help! The restaurant is clean and orderly.

Waited over 7 minutes just for someone to finally speak and get our order only after going around the corner and asking two people who were just standing around talking to each other

Guy at register was nice but they messed up my order and I got only lettuce and tomato on my sandwich. Not worth $10

The tomato soup was nothing like we expected at all. It wasn't straight up tomato soup, but it wasn't tomato bisque, either. It was somewhere in between, with croutons and chunks of tomatoes. It wasn't very good. The chicken noodle soup was just average, nothing special. The cheese sandwiches were just okay, a little small. The turkey and bacon sandwich only had two slices of turkey. It was okay. For everything being just okay or less, it sure was expensive! I'm not finding much reason to return here anytime soon.
