Best Panera ever! We needed our breakfast stop on the way back to LA. Perfect sandwich breakfast bundle. Coffee and pastries are fresh, and we are back on the road....thank you!

I used to come here often when it first opened, but most recently, I have been here a few times, and it's getting worse. We ordered our food and drinks(soda), and my husband noticed the machine was not working. The employee charged us 7.86 for the soda still. I asked why you would sell me something that isn't working( stop being shady) she asked if I wanted a refund, and I said yes. When I made my order, I specified 2 cream cheeses, knowing I would pay 1.80 for the second one. When I went to pick the food up, they gave me 1 cream. Cheese. I had to ask for my second and show my receipt. Again, read the order and do it right without having the customer ask and make a stink. Stop being shady.

I have been here in the past but I must say that service has improved so much. Last time I came i was not impressed but this time I was greeted with happy smiling faces. The food came out quickly and was right the first time. I will definitely be returning. Love the pick 2 salad and soup!! Worth the drive in this cold weather.

I went to the drive thru and ordered 3 sandwiches. When I opened them at home I saw that they were burned and had almost no ingredients inside them. I contacted Panera and was given a credit. I returned a week later ordered 3 different sandwiches and was given bread with 3 pieces of ham with sauce inside. I took pictures and sent them to Panera customer service and pretty much was just told oh well we will just talk to the employees. So make sure you check your items when you pick them up. Lesson learned. RIP off.
