Papa John's in Las Vegas

“Vegetarian options: I ended up getting the vegetarian pizza in error, but it was still good. My employer always orders from here when we have pizza. We usually get the pizza with just spinach and tomatoes as one of our choices, it might be called spinach alfredo (which is ohh so good!) Now I know.“

“Everything was very good !!! But, there is one main reason that I am writing this review, and that reason is Roshonda. We walked in there 15 minutes before the time that I needed to have pizzas at my son‘s school for their Halloween party, and Rohonda made six large pizzas and got it out to us as soon as she possibly could so that we can make it back to the school on time. I have never had customer service the way I had it today from Rashonda. She was very very, very great. and very helpful thank you very much, Rashonda“

“The employees at this papa John's location deserve a raise. They were exceptional in taking my order, making it, and ensuring I was satisfied before leaving their location. I highly recommend this location for anyone! Keep up the great work y'all!“

“Updating my review. Definitely i like that when u call u get much quicker through a call center, and if u call a 2nd time after placing your order (because u forgot something) then on the 2nd time u call it goes to the actúal location of pick up or delivery from. Its just more of a breeze and nice to hear live service, i hate using apps, i dont need to remember another user password to just order pizza or any other meal, whos with me on this? ?‍♀️“

“One of the reasons I rarely come to this Papa John’s location it’s because the service is usually poor and I get a better bang for my buck from Dominos as far as pizza deals (although I do prefer Papa John’s pizzas out of all the pizza chains). However the staff that was there today 9/22/23 at 4:30pm was the best I’ve experienced at this location in my eight years living in Southern Highlands. They were all very friendly and welcoming as soon as I stepped through the door and the pizzas were ready on time and tasted great.“

“It's not about the atmosphere (walk in order to a delivery pizza shop), it's about the guy who's serving you. Friendly and inviting who asks about your day, this is what you should hope for in service for what seems to be a one-man operation knocking it out for Papa John's!“

“When I arrived I apologized to the lady who greeted me with a smile immediately as I stepped in the front doors explaining to her I was late.If you ever seen ants work that’s what the staff looked like. They gave me my pizza and it looked amazing.When I got home it was delish. This was yesterday around 5 something in the PM.“

“So I thought I ordered my pizzas from a closer location than Papa John's assigned it. I got to the closer Papa John's and they locked the front door and before they were supposed to close. So I went to my email and found Papa John's gave my order a farther location than I wanted to travel. That location had their doors opened and I went inside to sit on the bench until a staff member came over to help me. It took less than a minute before I sat on the bench and I explained I made my order on my phone. I gave the staff member my name and he found my orders waiting for me. I received my pizzas hot and went home. This location is further out but it was comfortable and open.“

“I deliver with Door Dash and each time I've recently picked up orders for delivery- I've received exceptional customer service from Kevin, Johnathan, Jake & Jose🎉!
The crew was incredibly busy particularly for Pie Day and they kept up with all the ordering and several other DD deliveries aside from my own. I appreciate their commitment and dedication to doing their absolute best to make certain all their customers are greeted and treated well! I've been to other locations and not had the benefit of receiving the great communication that this rock Star crew provided! Keep up the excellent work 🙌!!“

“Crissy is an excellent manager. Polite, respectful, and goes out of her way to be courteous. Having dealt with a plethora of different managers in the service industry she’s one of the best.

“I was assisted by a wonderful individual named Keytion Jackson. I placed an order over the phone that went through with an operator. Somehow my order didn't go through. Keytion verified the store's phone number and showed me that my order wasn't placed. Mr. Jackson spoke with me with great interest and showed concern for my feelings. Not only was he well spoken, he represented his place of business with excellent customer service! Because of Mr Jackson I will be a returning customer for now on. He has shown me perfect managerial skills and exemplary customer service, I truly hope to see him promoted. I am proud to be a Papa John's customer, Diana.“

“I swear this is the best papa John's pizza 🍕 have ever been to the know how to cook pizza perfectly with crispy edges on the pepperonis if u like an the brownies are A1 off the hook good nice an soft an hot fresh out the oven the edges cooked to perfection an the employees are Very friendly I just moved here in July last year not knowing anyone so believe me as an outsider I wouldn't stir u wrong I promise. An Tuesday u get one toping medium pizza for 4.99 u can also add additional toppings for a charge“

“It's wonderful that there is a Mediterranean grill on this side of town. wholesome dishes with generous quantities and top-notch ingredients. Small children are welcome, and the restaurant is really clean. The owners and employees obviously take pride in what they do. Will definitely return and suggest.“

“We order often from this papa Johns. The food today was better than usual. Quick delivery. The delivery fees are actually insane vs what the drivers actually get for delivering. Like they are more than one pizza. lol but that’s my only complaint. Everything else is great“

“Ordered 3 Large Pizzas for a team meeting. I called and was disconnected 2 times. Luckily the worker called me back and said they were having issues with the phones. All good, I was able to place my order. I went to pick up my order amd took it back to my office. I dont eat pizza often so it tasted good. Unfortunately, whoever packed my pizza forgot the peppers in one of the boxes.
Overall, the worker was really nice and pleasant.“
