Disappointed in the quality of this store. Cherry Pepsi substituted for regular Pepsi...no way, then my food was cold. Three days to hopefully get a refund?
iv ordered from here alot over the years, they never messed up my order. They always got my order to me quickly, and the food has always been great!

Papa Johns Pizza is normally a reliable spot, but a recent experience left a customer disappointed. Despite ordering two extra large NY style pizzas with specific toppings, the order arrived with mistakes. The manager offered to replace the pizzas, but the customer's kids had already dug in. However, the manager did promise to send the missing items. On a positive note, another customer received excellent service when Papa Johns Pizza delivered to their 18-wheeler. The pizza and wings were delicious, and the delivery person was praised for their great service. Despite some hiccups, Papa Johns Pizza seems to have its moments of both disappointment and satisfaction.
