“Vegetarian options: I ended up getting the vegetarian pizza in error, but it was still good. My employer always orders from here when we have pizza. We usually get the pizza with just spinach and tomatoes as one of our choices, it might be called spinach alfredo (which is ohh so good!) Now I know.“

But they have excellent customer service!
And the pizza is better than Pizza Hut
with the 50% off.
There pizza has good taste!

“My other Papa John's location closed and this restaurant was nice enough to deliver to me! The pizza was absolutely delicious fresh and hot, and the customer service was very helpful and went beyond to make sure I received the proper order! I will be ordering again!“

I've always loved Papa John’s, but I’m starting to wonder if they don't have their own drivers because they always third-party our orders and I would love to tip REAL drivers, not DoorDash. DoorDash drivers tend to not care about the customer, and it’s making me not want to order anymore.“

Definitely i like that when u call u get much quicker through a call center, and if u call a 2nd time after placing your order (because u forgot something) then on the 2nd time u call it goes to the actúal location of pick up or delivery from. “I ordered a regular cheese pizza, no extras and received a stuffed crust cheese pizza. I didn’t find out until after I arrived home and called the store to let them know and requested my pizza to be remade. They were pleased to do so and apologized for the mix-up. When I arrived to pick up the replacement pizza, they ensured to triple check that it is the correct pizza. They were receiving an ingredient order at the same time but made sure I felt like a valued customer and gave me all their attention. Thank you!!“

“When I arrived I apologized to the lady who greeted me with a smile immediately as I stepped in the front doors explaining to her I was late.If you ever seen ants work that’s what the staff looked like. They gave me my pizza and it looked amazing.When I got home it was delish. This was yesterday around 5 something in the PM.“

“zack is an amazing worker. to the manager - keep that employee 100%. he knows what he's doing and his customer service has always, always been phenomenal. staff here is very friendly and often very accomadating if they have you waiting.“

“Shaq Osha Jervontay all went above and beyond to exceed my expectations when it came to my online order.

Seems that there was some technical difficulties with my online order that there was missing information from my order so when I went to go pick up my pizza, I noticed that it wasn’t made exactly how I had specified with the online order. I understand that technical difficulties can get mixed up, and there are not specified instructions that can be relayed back to the merchant, but when I address my concerns, they were more than willing to help me with my problem and got it exactly as I asked to perfection. I appreciate the gesture that these men had provided for outstanding customer service when it came to customer satisfaction. Not only were they kind, but also made sure that I was satisfied before taking the corrected order.

I will definitely be visiting this establishment in the future and they for sure gain some customer retention! Thank you, boys for taking the time to address my concerns, especially with the technical difficulties with the online prompts.

“I swear this is the best papa John's pizza 🍕 have ever been to the know how to cook pizza perfectly with crispy edges on the pepperonis if u like an the brownies are A1 off the hook good nice an soft an hot fresh out the oven the edges cooked to perfection an the employees are Very friendly I just moved here in July last year not knowing anyone so believe me as an outsider I wouldn't stir u wrong I promise. An Tuesday u get one toping medium pizza for 4.99 u can also add additional toppings for a charge“

“Raven makes the best pizza consistently. Every single time I order, and she is making the pizza, it comes out absolutely perfect. Lately, this is the only location that has been consistently great. Raven should be paid a lot of money to teach pizza making to everyone else in this company.“
