“My new favorite pizza place! For some reason I've never tried Papa John's but I recently saw a commercial for garlic epic stuffed crust and I knew I had to have it. It looks so good on the commercial. I'm happy to say the pizza looked exactly how it looked on the commercial I couldn't believe it and it was so yummy. We ordered online and picked up in store and they had it ready in about 20 minutes on a Friday evening at that! Very efficient location and the quality of the food was perfect will be back“
“This happens to be one of the cleanest and fastest papa johns i have ever been to. The service is always exceptional and all of the ingredients taste fresh. I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants especially pizza but this particular store seems like they go over and beyond. And the Doritos papadia was great !“
“One of the reasons I rarely come to this Papa John’s location it’s because the service is usually poor and I get a better bang for my buck from Dominos as far as pizza deals (although I do prefer Papa John’s pizzas out of all the pizza chains). However the staff that was there today 9/22/23 at 4:30pm was the best I’ve experienced at this location in my eight years living in Southern Highlands. They were all very friendly and welcoming as soon as I stepped through the door and the pizzas were ready on time and tasted great.“

“I ordered through DoorDash, and the food arrived pretty fast and fresh. It was exactly how I ordered it and it was really delicious.Don't expect it to be the original italian one because it s fast food but it was really good.We also got a garlic sauce and a jalapeño.“

Definitely i like that when u call u get much quicker through a call center, and if u call a 2nd time after placing your order (because u forgot something) then on the 2nd time u call it goes to the actúal location of pick up or delivery from. Its just more of a breeze and nice to hear live service, i hate using apps, i dont need to remember another user password to just order pizza or any other meal, whos with me on this? ?♀️“
“I'm never the type to leave reviews but the manager that was on today October 23rd 2023 was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond for my order for something really silly that had was not her fault at all wasn't my fault either the door dash driver couldn't find my address drove around for 20 minutes marked my delivery as delivered and called it a day. she not only did she remake my food but she took notes on an issue we kind of have a Google maps for my house wrote it down on the receipt wrote my phone number on the receipt for the next door dash driver so that I get my food she went way above and beyond absolutely amazing it could have been a very frustrating outcome and she just made it very easy and she was very sweet and peppy the whole time. she even called me when the driver picked up my order so I know my order was on the way.“
“ordered food online waited for it for 40 mins and then got delivered half my order! I told him I'd rather not have anything and keep my money. The DoorDash driver looked high out of his mind. Called the restaurant they assured me they handed the driver my full order. I asked to come in and get it myself at this point I had already told my guests I had pizza coming! Spoke to a man on the phone 3/17 around 9:30pm and he assured me I could come get my pizza at no charge. This is so inconvenient but I appreciate the customer service and values this place has. I order at least once every two weeks and I'm glad they made it right. It's not always about the food sometimes it's about the great customer service! Also I mean it's papa johns can't really mess up the food! At least I hope not!“

“I ordered pizza, wings and a 2 liter of Mt. Dew on September 3, 2022, only to find out the drink was forgotten upon delivery. I called the store and talked to the manager, Otho, who was very apologetic and offered to pay for my next pizza. Fast forward to today, September 8, 2022... I called the store and spoke with Otho again about redeeming the free pizza that was promised. This man is AMAZING!!! Nont only did he make good on his promise, he comped my ENTIRE ORDER! I was SUPER in shock and extremely grateful for Otho's awesome generosity. I love the Papa John's location on Jones. I have NEVER encountered a problem with them before this incident. Thanks again, Otho! You ROCK!!!“

“This review is for Corey the manager. I called in and inquired about the crust on my pizza as it tasted very different and not in a good way. Corey offered to replace it and I told him it wasn't necessary as I ate the pizza and didn't need a new one. To my surprise he sent another one anyway going above and beyond with his service. It's very refreshing these days to find exceptional customer service like this. Great job Corey!!“
“This is the best papa johns in Vegas. They are open way past the other locations and right in the middle of town. Prices are standard for area but get better with specials. I wouldnt think that there is much difference between locations considering they use the same ingredients and methods but for some reason this location gets it right or better way more than any other place. It's not what someone from New York would think of as great pizza but being this far from the pizza capital of the world it's much better than any other chain pizza place in this town. Oh and one thing you might try is get the extra large size not because I'm encouraging more calories but it you seem to get way more toppings and not always hitting crust every other bite and worth the $2 upgrade from a large.Parking: OK if you carryout here you are rolling the dice when you try to find parking here. There are a total of three spots in front of the location you can legally park in. If there are no deliveries put at the moment one or two spots might be taken by a driver so you are down to one or two spots. It sucks but the hotel they share a parking lot with is not as friendly as you hope to have when dealing with this kind of business. My suggestion is make sure your pizza is ready via the app or phone call prior to getting into the parking lot. If you have an opening where it's feasible to double park or no one is comming just jump out and you should be back in your car before someone knows what happened. I'm not saying break the law but hey you do what you have to do. This place is worth it to gwmble a little but don't just stop in front of ten cars either they get real friendly and like to tell you why you so while pointing upwards with just one finger as they drive past you ugh“
“Went to pick up my pizza, and when I got there, the gentleman at the counter looked at the pizza and said I can't let you take that." It immediately made me another pizza. For that, I recommend this place. Yes, they could have checked it before, but I did not even have a chance to bring up the point the cashier said before he said make anouther. Afterwards, the pizza was great.“

“It's wonderful that there is a Mediterranean grill on this side of town. wholesome dishes with generous quantities and top-notch ingredients. Small children are welcome, and the restaurant is really clean. The owners and employees obviously take pride in what they do. Will definitely return and suggest.“

“We haven't ordered from Papa John's in over a year, because we weren't having good experiences with food quality. I am pleased to say that seems to have changed. We took a chance to order tonight, and the pizza, wings and service were excellent. I needed to speak with the manager, and although they were busy, he was very pleasant and took care of my request right away. The girl who delivered our order was very nice as well. She also rang the doorbell as requested (you might be surprised how many delivery people do not!).Thank you for a good experience. We will be ordering from you again.“
