A Gem in Las Vegas. Recently my husband and other family members enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Paradise Cafe. The host, Barbie, seated my husband immediately. Because he is a totally disabled veteran he uses a mobility scotter. However, Barbie was able to find him a table that gave him plenty of room in a shaded area with a great view of the pool area..He was later joined by our nephew, niece and their two children. We ate here a few times during our 4 day stay - breakfast and lunch and this was the best food at the Mirage. Each time the food was so delicious! From the fries & burger (ordered while at the pool) to the eggs @ breakfast (dine in). I love the roasted tomato added to the breakfast plate, such a nice touch!
