Partage continues to offer an exceptional dining experience with its innovative French cuisine and impeccable service. The setting is exquisite, and the attentive staff are passionate about the food and wine, providing detailed explanations of the courses. The Signature menu with the wine tasting remains a highlight, accommodating individual preferences. The tasting menu was delicious, presentation was great, cocktails were amazing, and the service was a 12/10. The two bartenders made personalized cocktails and they were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and they all know so much about the meals. The food and wine pairing at Partage are exceptional. The 9 course tasting menu with premium wine pairings was well conceived and executed flawlessly. The experience centered around the Chef's recent trip to Japan, weaving together ingredients and techniques from both French and Japanese cuisine. Overall presentation, blending of flavors and textures of each dish made the whole much greater than the sum of its parts. The Oxtail Croque Monsieur is rich and decadent. The seared scallop wrapped in bacon with abalone in a truffle edamame sauce was bright, luxurious and combined all the components perfectly. Service for the most part is excellent, with extremely knowledgeable and personable primary servers. Chef Yuri is a food genius who engineered these dynamic plates that satiate your taste buds. Ian, the mixologist was a delight and great conversation. Reservations are pre-charged.
