I don't understand the high ratings. Please read a few of the 1 and 2 star ratings... there is a theme here and this was our experience at Partage.
We had the Signature Menu - 9 courses with wine paring. The wines were all excellent but unfortunately the food overall really missed the mark for a place that is trying to be a 5 star tasting menu / multi-course menu type restaurant. If you've ever had the fortune, as we have, to dine at truly 5 star tasting menu restaurants like Alinea in Chicago or French Laundry in Yountville then you'll know what I mean.
I won't go through each course we had, there were several that we liked but wouldn’t say they were special, the rest seemed like experiments in flavor combinations that didn't quite work. I would describe their attempt at haute cuisine as amateurish. But to be fair, we were told by one of the wait staff that the restaurant picks the wines first and then the chef works to create dishes that pair with the wines. If this is true, this is typically done the other way around and maybe this is why their food is disappointing... you just can’t successfully create dishes to go with wines as well as you can pick wines to go with dishes.
Regardless, my advice is save your money and dining experience for any of the dozens of world class restaurants on the Vegas strip.

Recently ate her for their 6 course Valentine's Day menu. The food was good, but really only one of the six courses in our tasting menu really blew me away and it was the dessert. The service and the ambiance really soured the experience for me - it wasn't bad, but it didn't align with the $350 per person price tag. The pace of the service was frustratingly slow to the point where we spent more time with nothing in front of us rather than eating. The wait staff was friendly but very dry almost to the point of awkwardness, and we saw also tables get treatment that we didn't get (like the main course being brought out ahead of time to be shown prior to being cut for service). And again the ambiance wasn't bad, but I don't know about you but I don't think I want to be listening to Taylor Swift play overhead while having a meal of that caliber.

I don't regret going, but once was enough. I don't see myself going again. Sadly, it just didn't live up to the hype, especially since a lot of people are tapping this place for a Michelin star when the guide comes back to Vegas this year.

It took 18 addresses across the nation and living in the most chaotic adventurous place on earth to both comprehend and value my peace and solitude. When I stop and think about this it always makes me smile. Everyone I encounter outside of sin city either finds it obnoxious and doesn’t understand what’s beyond the allure, or instantly gets it. One of the greatest features here is our airport. How it can effortlessly, and efficiently move masses of humans surrounded by the sounds of buzzing slot machines. Inside tip. The airport has the best odds in the slots IMHO. It also means your friends regularly pass through. Every year a mass of friends from around the country attend what has been termed the Super Bowl Vegas Shit Show. I help setup feasts.

I’ve had Partage ( @partagelv ) on my list to take down since moving here. Everyone told me how amazing it was, and had the best foie gras in town. I’m always skeptical until I sample it myself. Not everything pricey equals outstanding value. I set up an event with one of my great friends from Midland Texas ( think Landman 😆 ), and this spot, absolutely crushed it. Everything I heard matched. Flawless service, great drinks, a wild array of flavors throughout the fixed price experience, and the chef was a legend. My buddy has a mushroom allergy too, and they accommodated it perfectly. I rarely eat French food, but when I do, a spot like this, blows my mind.

Excellent taste combinations. The filet and cheese course was incredible. Wine pairings were about 90% very good, in my opinion. Overall a great experience.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We have eaten at Partage a few times when in Vegas, and hands down, it is my favorite experience. The presentation and food are amazing, and the service is impeccable with knowledgeable wait staff and bartenders. We just hosted a company gathering for 24 here, and every person was floored with the food and drinks. The staff and bartenders made it such a wonderful experience for all of our guests, catering to their needs and individual requests with so much care. I would 100% recommend Partage as a must visit to anyone and everyone who comes to Vegas.

Had a great time sitting at the bar with others and chatting with the bar staff. Food was incredible, and everything felt thoughtful and effortless. Was great experiencing this level of fine dining.

One of the best meals I have eaten. Service was top notch, well done. Wine pairing was also spot on for the tasting menu.

Excellent, interesting and creative menu which we learned changes every month. Well balanced between sea food and meats. Chose the 7 course which was plenty. Great and very attentive staff that was happy to accommodate. Dishes came out just the right time (not rushed but didn't have to wait). Nothing negative to say and if I were a judge I would give it a Michelin...

Partage is a gem. The food, wine pairings, cocktails, and service is perfect down to every last detail. One of the best meals I have had. The bartender ended up making an off menu dessert tea cocktail at the end of the night which was exceptional. The Chef made sure to personally chat with everyone in the restaurant at the end of the night which made the experience even more special. This place is a must if you're visiting. Do yourself a favour and avoid tourist traps on the strip. It's only a 10min drive and you will not be disappointed.

Small courses, elegant and unique dishes. We ordered the 7 course meal- crab salad- delicate, flavorful- husband loved it; baby squid stuffed with bison- out of this world , fried skate with finger lime- very tasty and perfect crust on the fish. For the mains they served duck Wellington - which I can tell you was delicate and possibly the most perfectly cooked duck breast and perfectly cooked puff pastry we have ever had; then a medium rare medallion with mushroom stuffed pasta. Cheese plate was a brioche, bleu cheese , pear compote and meringue sticks- a surprisingly good ensemble. Dessert was a fruit salad type thing and a couple of chou pastries, chocolate chip cookies with a citrus topping. Overall the appetizers and the duck were mind blowing. We loved the service and really appreciated the staff, the atmosphere and how elegant everything was.

Terrific dining experience! We each chose the 7 course menu and each course was delicious and plated beautifully. Service was attentive yet friendly and each course was explained nicely without being overwhelming or intrusive. We were pleased to learn the menu changes monthly so there are many reasons to return. We didn't choose the wine pairings but selected a Laurent-Perrier Brut 2015 which we enjoyed and it was priced reasonably.

I have no words....but let me attempt to share a few. We decided on the 5 course tasting menu with the premium wine tasting selection. In terms of amount of food, it was perfection. In terms of the food itself it was also perfection. Each dish was put together with such complexity, yet simplicity with a beautiful presentation. The dishes started off softly yet with incredible debth and grew in intensity. The Wine selection followed suit. I can honestly say that this has been the best dining experience this visit to Las Vegas. I highly recommend folks to try this establishment! The service is impeccable the food extravagant, and service so nice. Not one miss. I will be back. Some highlight's: tarragon foam, lime caviar, incredible buttery/salty/citrus laced fish to name just a minuscule few. With love and sincerity, Maryanne Christoforou (/with Felicity Kirby).

Always a delicious adventure to experience Partage's monthly tasting menu. Selected the 7-course option ($150). Launching January's appealing profiles, the beautiful flower frame Crab dish brought bright citrus coupled with luxurious tastes, while the Squid, stuffed with hearty wagyu and boar, countered with sour pickle. Then the stream of richness, but by no means exhausting the taste buds or stomach by uniformity or heaviness, from the must-have incredible Pithivier Slice (no spoilers!) to the pungent and peppery Cheese course. The firm but creamy meltaway Foie Gras was contrasted with tart apple, crunchy puff shard, and crisp cookie. The toothsome Hanger Steak chunks were almost upstaged by the accompanying, perfect and cute, cheese and mushroom filled manicotti. The delicate Skate course halfway through served as bridge with its indulgent yet light texture and flavors. The crowning Millefeuille was a sweet reflection of the courses by its flaky rich pastry, velvety cream, juicy and sharp fruits, with a ping of pepper. Course availability and disclosure •Foie Gras: included in the 9-course menu or as an add-on **my dish was compliments of Chef** •Pithivier Slice: 7- and 9-course menus •Cheese: 7- and 9-course menus •Crab, Squid, Skate, Hanger Steak, Millefeuille courses: all menus Iann at the bar expertly created custom cocktails ($19 each, five total with two comped) which complimented the courses both in flavors and color scheme, immeasurably adding to the meal's enjoyment. Service: Thoroughly delightful, professional, and attentive from all. Value: Immense for yet another magnificent memorable dinner.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Partage I brought my little sister here for her very first chef's tasting menu experience, and it was absolutely unforgettable. She fell in love — not just with the food, but with the entire experience. We enjoyed the 7-course tasting menu with a wine pairing for her, and every course felt thoughtful, refined, and beautifully balanced. Nothing felt rushed. We spent over two and a half hours dining, laughing, and sharing stories, which made the evening feel intimate and special rather than formal or intimidating. The pacing was perfect, the service was warm and attentive, and the wine pairing elevated each course in a way that felt intentional and educational — especially for someone experiencing a tasting menu for the first time. This was more than dinner; it was a memory we'll always share. If you're looking for a place to celebrate someone special or introduce them to fine dining in a truly welcoming way, Partage delivers on every level. ✨ An experience worth every minute.
