I always make sure to dine at Partage when I am in Vegas. The food is inventive and flavorful. Wine pairing is excellent. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Highlights for me were the octopus wrapped in wagyu and the deconstructed lobster roll. I had an amazing meal and time at Partage and will be back again next time I am in town.
Our server, Daniela, was incredibly knowledgeable about French wines and how they paired with the courses. The food was exquisite and the pairing and education made for a wonderful evening. The tasting menu is selected by the chef which made for a very exciting journey.
