The philly cheesesteak was good, but the bread was not good. It should be on an amoroso bread.

This was a random visit when I was picking up supplies at another shop. It was lunch time for me. Friendly people. Quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend the cheese steak with roasted garlic.

I have ate there three times The food was great, but I have went in for an order to go and all three times a wanted a French dip and they told me they were out of French dips. All three times were around 5:00 to 6:00. I think I am through going back, my body gets excited for a French dip and then is disappointed

I just had to try this place that’s a short few mins walk from my house. I went with the smaller 4” kid size to get a test of what would be an original without committing to such a huge sandwich. It was good! I shall try their specialty flavors! Also, the pineapple cream soda was a sweet refresher for a hot day. Customer service was pleasant and the place was kept clean. I shall be coming back!

Our food had hair in it. Was unable to finish eating. Completely grossed us out. Sadly it wasn't the first time. I didn't even bother telling them after last time we were treated kinda poorly after mentioning it.

Hi, I appreciate the response. I do understand that mistakes can happen, but this was the second time with the same exact issue, which is why it’s concerning.

The reason I didn’t bring it up in person this time is because of how it was handled the first time. Being told it might have been our own hair, especially when it clearly wasn’t (in blonde and the hair was brown/black), didn’t feel appropriate and didn’t leave me confident it would be handled differently. Zero was done last time so I didn't bother this time. Just cut my losses.

This also wasn’t about getting a refund. It’s about the experience and how situations like this are addressed. A refund doesn’t really fix that part.

I’m glad to hear you would want things handled better, but that wasn’t my experience, and that’s ultimately why I chose to share it. I hope that things improve.

The amount of steak you get is pitiful. Nothing like advertised. See photo and note this order included extra steak, extra cheese. The onions are too sweet. Overall, poor experience. Not going again.

Tried the whiz Philly, and the jalapeño/jalapi fries, and the California love sandwich. Tasted great, fries were enough to share for two or three. Thank you.

DO NOT USE TOAST DELIVERY!, website wrong, it’s actually thru door dash or grub hub and cant get help when half your food is missing or a refund.

The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and nice. Even walked over and handed me My order. Bravo on that!!
The food sadly was bland. Not good! Where was the cheese???
The veggies were old. Tomatoes were diced instead of sliced and the lettuce was wilted.
I was really expecting more from this place.
Disappointed.
