The grilled salmon was so beautifully charred and seasoned. You could break it down with just a fork, yet it was still tender with the perfect amount of seasoning and flavor. The accompanying veggies were just as complementary to the main dish.
Cool scene on the Vegas Strip! We got a table immediately during prime dinner hours outside on the patio with a decent view of the strip. I got a burger, which was pretty good. Wife got a Pina colada slush which tasted off, but she let it go. Server came back around and asked if it was okay because they realized it was out of colada and let her swap to another slush to make it right, which was just excellent service on his part.
