good spot to proper watch during your conference
Cute place inside the Bellagio! Marissa was our waitress! I love the casual atmosphere of this place. Excellent place to wind down with a drink or even for a quick pick me up! I loved the piano out front, which anyone can play! Reservations are highly recommended!

My best friend and I had reservations here for an afternoon tea. We normally do the afternoon tea service at the Waldorf Astoria's tea lounge but thought we'd branch out, especially since I love caviar.
The hostess was friendly, but our server, a middle-aged woman with dark hair, seemed pretty uninterested in us. I thought for sure she'd come around and offer us drinks during our tea, like a cocktail, since bars want to sell alcohol, but she only checked on us once the whole time. She didn't seem particularly friendly or happy to be there.
The atmosphere is definitely better at the Waldorf Astoria. Over there, you have beautiful views and a light, airy room with huge windows. At the Petrossian Bar, we were seated inside, and our view was just tourists wandering through the casino lobby. It wasn't bad and was good for people-watching, but it definitely doesn't have an elevated vibe or anything.
The teas were tasty, as was the caviar, but the scones and snacks were better at the Waldorf Astoria. The condiments for the scones were set down without explanation, and our server walked away.
While I enjoyed the food and tea, I expect a lot more from tea at a high-end hotel like the Bellagio. I'll be sticking to the Waldorf Astoria's afternoon tea from now on. ♥

Best hotel bar in Vegas. Hands down. Great location in the Bellagio lobby, good music from the live piano and some of the best people watching in the whole town. The drinks are boozy and Vegas expensive. This is not a budget venue. The bar snacks and limited bar menu are great. Both the cheese and charcuterie boards are very good. Definitely stop by if you like a good lobby bar.

The friendly hostess led us to bar seats swiftly, as we requested. We were tad disappointed to learn that the beautiful plate of deserts pictured here needed to be ordered in advance, available only on weekends. The cheese plate was nice with four different cheeses. The light cocktails we ordered were delicious.

Super cute for a cocktail stop! Popped in to kill time and had a lovely glass of wine and complimentary snacks, with live pianist playing modern covers. So cute!

To me this spot was all about atmosphere - the piano and the great location made for an awesome date night! Wine selection was also very good.

We made reservations at Petrossian's for my son's birthday and were excited to go. Unfortunately his plane was late, and we had to cancel our reservation. When we got my credit card statement, we saw a charge for the missed reservation. I called the restaurant and talked to Diana - wow was she fantastic!! Diana looked up the reservation, and talked to a manager. She told us that she was refunding the reservation fee. I am very impressed with this service, especially Diana's ability to deal with a frustrated guest.
I am now looking forward to my next visit to Vegas (coming in a few weeks) and we will definitely be going to Petrossian's!
Great food and cocktails

Wonderful bites and drinks!

Just had the most incredible experience everything from start to finish was absolutely top-tier. The service was flawless friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. You could tell the staff really cared about creating a great atmosphere.
The drinks? Perfect. Thoughtfully crafted, balanced, and served with just the right flair. Whether you’re a cocktail lover or just enjoying a classic, you’re in good hands here.
But what truly set the night apart was the live piano performance. The woman playing was beyond amazing not just talented, but soulful and deeply connected to every note she played. It wasn’t just background music it was a performance that made the whole evening feel magical.
The atmosphere itself was nothing short of astonishing. Cozy yet elegant, vibrant but relaxed the kind of place where time slows down and you find yourself truly present, just soaking it all in.
Can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re out for a romantic evening, catching up with friends, or just treating yourself to something special this spot delivers on every level
There’s a quiet confidence to Petrossian—like it knows it’s better than most lobby bars, but doesn’t need to brag about it.
The caviar bites? A study in restrained luxury. Salty, smooth, rich—like they were designed for people who collect watches instead of followers. And the martinis? Flawless. Not fussy. Just crisp, cold, and consistently right.
Service hits that rare sweet spot between formal and friendly. They see you, they get you, and they let the experience speak for itself.
It’s not flashy. It’s not trendy. It’s timeless. One star off only because the vibe can feel too subdued depending on the hour. But if you know, you know—Petrossian’s a gem for those who don’t need a spotlight to shine.
Stopped in for drinks in April 2025. Great little late night option with lite snacks and small plates. Great to decompress. Seating can be a challenge for large groups. Five or less works well. The decor is nice, service equally good (at least the night I was there). Drink and whiskey choices are plentiful and you can ask the waitstaff to surprise you and they'll concoct a elixir of good choice. Drinks are pricey. Food/snacks too. Don't be drunk buying here. You'd run up quite a tab otherwise.
Afternoon Tea
We came here on a Saturday around 3pm for afternoon tea. Price is $55 per person for regular afternoon tea which includes Scone, sandwiches and desserts. You get a choice of tea so we had the camomile and vanilla tea.
The tea was good, the sandwiches were okay and dessert was average. No wow factor to the food. The ambience was nice since you are able to watch people however you are seated in the back and can’t listen to piano.
For the experience of an afternoon tea should be okay however you won’t be returning for a second time.
