Very instagrammable location. I was absolutely looking forward to it and though it was out of my way, I made it a point to go.However, as a foodie, I was unimpressed -food was subpar. The fries (papalonas dish) were delicious and Brussel sprouts too BUT the Cesar salad was a no go (salad is not deconstructed. You are served a wedge with a steak knife & dressing was way to salty. We sat on the patio surrounded by bushes, succulents and flowers. Kitchy fun decor. Wonderfully delicious take on classics- avocado toast, grilled cheese, french toast- the taste was so much more than the name implies. Inside the former Ferguson hotel. It was Sunday and there was live music and venders in the common space. So beautiful to stroll through after lunch.
We decided to try Peyote out on a whim and it was awesome. Eclectic menu and four out of our party of four loved their meals. The cocktails were also excellent. Wife loved the succulents and cactus that dotted the outdoor nesting area. Go try them out!
