What a fantastic new addition to downtown Las Vegas! Philly Freeze Me offers a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our orders of the Philly Freeze cake and the refreshing strawberry and banana. The interior is spacious, creating a great atmosphere, and the highlight has to be the outdoor patio. It's the perfect place to relax with your delicious treats and have some fun with the available Connect Four and Jenga games.

Very tasty products just a bit pricey

I am in love with this place.... simply because I'm ALWAYS greeted with a beautiful smile and warm welcome. That means a lot to me 💓

It was nice to get something nice cold amd refreshing. Its a bit pricey but i guess thats just Vegas. They have sugar free options as well

I absolutely love this place! Glad to have an ice spot close-ish to home. Let me tell you though, the flavors, especially the cherry, are fantastic. The ice is always perfectly frozen, too! (Drove 15 minutes home and it didn't melt) I recommend it wholly and if you're on the fence, GO! They also have spiked ices!! (Please open a spot in NLV, we're starved for an ice spot)

This Italian water ice shop instantly brought me back to my childhood. The flavors are fresh and vibrant, just like the ones I grew up getting, and the texture is perfectly smooth and refreshing. Every bite feels like a little taste of summer. You can tell they put care into making each flavor, and it’s such a treat to find something that captures that same magic I remember.

This is the perfect place to get a cold treat on a hot Las Vegas summer day.

Amazing selection of flavors!

Yummy and delicious! Definitely a recommend when its over 100 degrees outside. The Italian ice comes with many flavors that are suited to the taste buds. Overall, would come back to try out other flavor combinations.

We stopped by Philly Freeze Me when it was absolutely packed, and I was blown away watching Ava manage the entire store all by herself. She was handling everything! giving out samples, answering everyone’s questions with patience, taking orders, ringing people up, and still somehow serving every customer with a smile and great energy.

Despite the rush, she made sure each person felt taken care of and didn’t miss a beat. You could tell she genuinely cared about the experience we were having. That kind of hustle and attitude is rare, and Ava deserves all the recognition for holding it down like a total pro.

We got the mango and strawberry flavors and it was soooooo good, and really nice sized serving definitely worth it, not overpriced at all, all around great experience.

Give this girl a raise, she’s the reason we’ll definitely be back.
