This place has great pricing, and I loved that they really took the time to make sure the raw meat is separated from the noodles when you order it to go. I feel they just are more attentive to the care of the customers' order. I appreciate that and don't mind supporting a small family business like this one.

First visit here, pho broth was delicious, not watery. Ordered all brisket pho and a bahn mi sandwich. Pho was great after adding sauces to my taste and bahn mi was delicious. Great service. I will definitely come back when I'm in Vegas again. I called before I headed over but no one answered phone. Good thing I took a gamble and went for it anyways.

THIS RESTAURANT HAS NEW OWNERS!!! be aware I have been coming to pho bistro with the homie running it since 2018 nothing ever changed. Ordered today and the meat is practically gone. I received 4 pieces of rear steak instead of the 15-20 slices I would normally get. Also pricing has gone up 20% with new ownership. Looks like I’m setting sail down the river to a new pho place for my needs.
Hours say 11-7. Came at 1240 only to be told that you aren’t open. Wasted half hour and gas for no reason. Won’t be back. Update your hours

Just stopped here yesterday and fell in love with Pho Bistro . I grew up in East Las Vegas as a kid and as an adult decided to move back to this side if town. This place reminds me of why East Las Vegas is home. Ive been finding different places to eat over here and gave this place a try; so happy I did. I ordered the P2 which is just Rare Steak Pho. The broth was hot and rich in flavor. Our waiter is also the owner and he is such a sweet man. We had great conversations with him throughout the night. Definitely will be coming back.

Have been trying to eat here the past 4 days. It's seems to be permanently closed. The large chain and lock on the door says it. No one is answering the phone either. And the doordash order was canceled by doordash. They were the best place near me and my family. Guess we have been forced to find something else.
