We recently visited Pho So 1 and can confidently say—it lives up to the hype. Just like everyone says, this place truly serves the best pho in town.
The broth is rich, flavorful, and distinctly Southern Vietnamese in taste—comforting and aromatic in every spoonful. They don’t skimp on the beef either; there’s a generous amount in every bowl, and the portions are no joke. If you're thinking about ordering the large bowl, make sure you come hungry—it’s massive!
Overall, a must-visit spot for any pho lover looking for authentic flavor and a hearty meal.

Food was pretty GOOD. Service.. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. Too many flies flying around restaurant. Environment is filled with super LOUD customers. Especially when those people in a big tour group that eats there all the time very early in the morning. Also staff for some reason keep throwing plates and silverware around very loudly. Pure chaos. Not a place to eat if you want to eat in a peaceful environment. Had to request for box 3 times and had to pay at the counter. Very limited customer interaction and service. Beware there is a 3% fee for credit card transactions. I don’t know if this is to compensate for credit card transaction fee or to evade taxes 🤷 CONCLUSION: if you really want to try the food here, order take out because dining experience is not good.

Really great, Pho 1st time here but not the last. Broth was hot and quantity of ingredients in soup just filling. This is what made me start liking Pho in the 1st place.

First time here and I was impressed! The phở đặc biệt was packed with flavor—rich broth, tender meats, and fresh toppings. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant had a clean, welcoming vibe. Great spot for authentic phở. I’ll definitely be coming back!

On the menu only $5.95 for viet coffee but I was found out they charged me for $7.50…This is not the first time they did upcharged. Check your receipt before u leave.
Drove off this trip to coming in enjoy some authentic Vietnamese 4 and I have to say that everything about this place was good in my opinion. Had some family members try for for the first time and although everyone was not impressed, we had to all agree that the vegetables were extremely fresh the mint, the brussels sprouts the onions and everything was great. The customer service was good, and although there were a few flies moving around, you can't help that from the outside I enjoyed myself I like the service and if and when I go back to Las Vegas, I'll be visiting again

Between a 3 and a 4 star, ate at many Pho restaurants, small bowl with white noodles filled to the rim, low meats quality, hard to chew so I discard it.
Aye half way and realized I left me laptop in the car with a center has many previous incidents of cars been broken into. Pay and left.

Coming from So Cal with access to Westminster and the San Gabriel Valley Pho shops, my standards have become pretty high when it comes to Vietnamese food. Pho So 1 stood up to most. Can’t say better, but good enough. The service was very good too. my GF’s coffee was very strong, so they kept bringing her extra milk until she was happy. I tried the Bun Bo Hue with Oxtail which didn’t arrive spicy, which surprised me, but they give you the sauce on the side so you can add the spice yourself. I guess that’s a good idea, since I like it really spicy, but caught me off guard. Was good and hit the spot on a cold LV afternoon. My girlfriend ordered pho and didn’t like all the cuts of meat, but liked the broth. The cool thing is they give you extra broth if you buy extra noodles to go, so we had another meal when we got home!

Good food, plenty of tables and seats. The restaurant seems very clean and the service is very fast. I had a small mixed pho and the quality of the meet and noodles was great. There is also plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant I’m located in a shopping center, close to Chinatown. The prices are very reasonable and the portions of food are good for what you pay. Would definitely visit again when I’m in town.
