Classic old school Italian restaurant. The osso buco was excellent. The creme brulee was very good but not quite thick/stiff enough.
Limited GF options.

Such a cool piece of history first of all. The lobster pasta and chicken carciofi were extremely tasty. The carrot cake was also very good. Our waiter was very nice and took us to see the table where “casino” was filmed. Can’t wait to come back

Piero's is everything that makes old Las Vegas special. Walking through the doors feels like stepping back into a different era—one filled with timeless elegance, rich history, and classic Vegas charm. The nostalgic, old-school atmosphere is unmatched and evokes the feeling of the iconic mob-era restaurants that helped define this city.

Beyond the ambiance, the food is simply outstanding. Every dish is prepared to perfection, with authentic Italian flavors that remind you why great restaurants never go out of style. From the impeccable service to the sophisticated setting, Piero's delivers a true fine dining experience.

In a city constantly chasing the next new thing, Piero's remains a beloved institution for a reason. It is, without question, some of the finest Italian food in Las Vegas and a restaurant we return to time and time again.

Mike at the front thinks he’s a bouncer. Never been thrown out of an establishment for the way I dressed. This place is garbage and wouldn’t waste my hard earned money eating below average food around very below average workers.

A nice local spot! The ambience was nice with dark lighting and live music. Freddie's meatballs were really good, and the staff was super kind. It's a bit more expensive but you're paying for the atmosphere. The veal chop parm was good, but tastes like chicken parm, so not worth the extra money.

Our most expensive dinner in LV and by far the worst food. They were struggling to get food out of the kitchen and when it did come out you could tell that some entrees had been sitting for quite a while. Of the 4 entrees, one was excellent, two were ok, and the fourth was terrible. I would expect more consistency from a restaurant at this price point. Service staff were very good and did elevate the experience.

We had a great experience overall. Ordered martinis, delicious and Wonderful service! I can honestly say the Veal Parm is very underwhelming, bland and not worth the price tag. If you’re looking to go off strip for dinner, I do not recommend here

As soon as you walked into Piero's restaurant you could feel the place had a great vibe, We tried their signature dish - veal chop parmesan, not only was is it deliciously tasty, it was massive. We were served by warm friendly staff - Mae, Billy and the head French guy that eats snails & has been with the establishment for many years. The cherry on the top was learning that we were sitting in the same booth with background mirror that Robert De Niro & Sharron stone played a scene in of the 1995 movie - Casino.
