Horrible experience. I noticed they weren't wearing gloves dealing with food, and also cross contaminating while preparing the food. The person who was putting my fries in the basket was on her phone, then stuffed my fries in the basket, touching them. I left because I was just going to throw them away, but a hotel staff person saw my disgust, and when I explained the situation she encouraged me to go back and ask for them to prepare it again with gloves or get my money back. So I went back and let that girl know she was touching her phone and dealing with my food, and I would like it prepared again by someone with gloves or if she could wash her hands. Just like I assumed, she had a horrible attitude and then had someone else make them for me. The person making the calzones and mixing the onions also didn't wear gloves, and was eating and licking her fingers. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE!

They are open 24/7 but their food quality and price is really good. I ended up having 3 meals including breakfast and late night meals for 3 nights stay. Their signature egg sandwich is around $5 and coffee is $2 with free refills. Must to go place when you stay at Virgin Hotel.

I hardly ever write a bad review but this place gave me food poisoning last night. I have had diarrhea and cramping for nearly 24 hrs. I know its from here because I only ate one other meal yesterday. It was with my cousin and we ordered the exact same thing. He was fine. It means the calzone at the end of the day did it. I think they are allowing cross contamination in their ingredient bins, and the calzone did feel undercooked, like the oven is not hot enough.
Pizza was tasty but way overpriced and fries are a very small potion.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at Pizza Forte inside Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. Ann the morning server is exceptional. Pizza slices are filling and very tasty with fresh toppings. Fantastic value for money for Las Vegas.

I went in to pizza forte around early morning hours, firstly the blonde lady working the front, Anne, is downright the most customer service focused person I have ever met she is amazing and deserves a raise! The one star on my rating is for her only. The food is usually okay but however this time the male cook I believe his name was Raul, he is the most unprofessional cook I have ever seen. I witnessed him in the middle of cooking blow his nose without washing his hands then proceed to go right back to touching the food- with no gloves on! Completely unsanitary. Then the whole time I was there he and another female coworker with brown hair who I believe is a cook as well were just opening flirting back and forth and rubbing on eachother like it isnt a place of business, and quite frankly taking forever to complete such and easy order for food. Where are the managers of this place? They clearly need to step in and run the establishment more professionally and get your employees sanitation training or something...
